They froze my old account, set up my new account, with a type of acct that was not available until now.. so it has some perks! my old account will still receive direct deposits (feel free to send some!!) but is frozen for anything outgoing, until my autopays have been transferred. This is such a PITA, but Scott made it as painless as possible. I cannot say enough good about how Huntington, and Scott at my Clarksburg, WV branch handled this stressful situation!

The app is terrible and I'm constantly having issues. I will enter my password and it'll tell me it's wrong. I try again and again with the same results. And of course if you try it too many times, it locks you out. But then later I try the exact same password and it works just fine. I've complained about this and they just blame me and say I must be entering it wrong. But I can see the password if I click on the eyeball, and it's not wrong. It also keeps happening with different passwords. I totally get user error but this is way too many times to be that at this point, especially since I can see what I'm typing and can compare it to my password manager. Now today all of a sudden it won't accept my biometrics. So I enter my password... rejected. Try again... nope. Try again... nope. Try to reset the password... never get the email. (I called the bank and was told that "it just doesn't work".) So I can't access my account. Luckily I'm in the process of switching to another bank so I won't have to put up with this for much longer. However if I can't get into the app, I'm not sure how I'm going to be able to get the money still in the account since my account number is in the app.

When I am banking inside at a teller's window or at the drive-up window, I am always serviced by a friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous bank employee. Eric, Robin, Nora, Pam, Efron, Fernando, Meera, Neeva, and Sibel to name a few are employees who provide outstanding service. Being 83 years old, I always ask them to check my addition. If I made an error, they correct it with a smile. An employee has called me several times at home reminding me my CD needs attention. Another employee provided outstanding service when someone stole my purse with my banking information inside and even called me at home the next day to see how I was feeling.
