I walked in, already feeling bad for whoever was going to be offended by my continued existence. "Can I help you?" *deep sigh indicating resignation to this awkward reality* "blah blah, blah blah." "Okay, let me take your id and check on that for you." We sat down. I remarked that I would be amicable to the same furniture/arrangement in my own living room. "This is fine." I commented to David. The check in woman walked over to us, gently swinging her emotional support water bottle. "Blah blah, blah blah. But blah blah." "Oh. How long?" "About 20 minutes." I had been expecting her to say "come back next week with an appointment." 20 minutes was fine. It didn't even take that long. Sincerea came and got us just a few minutes later. "How's your day been?" "Blah blah, people are awful, blah blah." She didn't take it personally. Nor did she take it personally that I hate bank fees. Nor did she balk at the bonus code, or the out of state check to fund the account. Easy peasy. . . And I think Sincerea is probably fun at parties. 10/10

There were 3 people at the front that greeted me, I thought they were 3 tellers but find out later after speaking with the 1 gentleman that the one in the middle was a banker. I was told that it was too late for me to open an account because there were no bankers on sight although there was 1 there, but she didn't open any accounts passed 4:30 according to her. The gentleman then proceeded to tell me that I can return back the next day as long as it's before 5:15 I can be helped. I agreed and returned on 6/23/23 at 4:34pm. This time there was a banker to the right helping a customer, the other "banker" that sat in the middle and 1 young lady to the right of her at the front desk. I was told again that I might not be able to be helped because the one banker to the right was busy and the 1 that sat in the middle doesn't open any accounts passed 4:30 although it was 4:34! The lady I was talking to asked me to have a seat that she will try to reach the banker that was occupied to see if he can help me. Once I sat down the banker walked up to the front desk and told them he is too busy in which he was, they were all talking as if I couldn't hear them and even spoke in Spanish as if I couldn't understand. Eventually, I just became frustrated and told them not to worry I will find another bank. While I walked out, the young lady in the middle sarcastically said to me "Have a nice day!" I could not understand how they would turn away a person trying to open an account out of pure laziness. The experience I went through with this bank in those 2 days really made me glad I didn't open an account with them. Horrible customer service, the unwillingness to work makes you wonder how I would be treated had I opened an account with them. Dodged a huge bullet there. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
