Previous experience: I always use the ATM at this site because you can deposit cash and checks in addition to regular ATM functions. Once I left my debit card in the ATM because of the chip, didn't realize for 12+ hours later. Upon realizing contacted this location and they closed my debit card so no one could use it (proactive!) and said they could print me a new one if I came in. Needless to say I went in the same day and was in and out within 15 minutes. What a relief! The have English, Spanish and Polish speakers at this location. Great to help anyone. Wish they had longer hours but it's like almost any bank these days

This location in Northlake has seen me come and go a few times, most often in the drive thru lanes but also occasionally inside. All of the employees have been friendly and professional and the interior is nicely kept. There really aren't any noteworthy features about this single story bank like cascading waterfalls, complimentary ice cream machines or android tellers. I'm far from the pickiest person when it comes to banks, so as long as my accounts are safe and my cash doesn't go up in smoke, I don't care who handles my money. Amusingly, as I was exiting the drive thru the teller kindly requested that I "give them a good Yelp review", as he no doubt saw that I was cashing my very 1st check as a paid employee of Yelp (where I am an event host/cheerleader/bartender/playboy extraordinare). To that gentleman I'd say: no worries mate, y'all are cool and in the clear for now. Next time I need to make it rain some dolla dolla bills, I know where to go.
