If I call for help on a weekend or bank holiday I reach a call center in the Philippines. And they can't find my account either, although they don't mind making wait while they try to search. Their ATMs are terrible too. Twice, at on -site BMO ATMs, the machines rebooted mid transaction. I had to call to confirm that the transaction completed. Also, MANY times the ATMs fail transactions after all user inputs. And they don't seem to care

The main branch in Elmhurst is very nice with a comfortable waiting area and espresso machine. They tend to have fun on the holidays by dressing up a certain way or decorating the interior of the building. And recently, one of their employees came up with "Bow tie Thursday". How cool is that?! The only complaint I have is that you cannot make instant cash/check deposits right into the ATM like most banks now.
