Absolutely Horrible, Horrible, Horrible experience and customer service specially Maria Flores,…read morelack of information and the way they treat customers is Horrible and the way that she handles the situation she refuses to take care of the matter it's easier for her to refer you to a different customer service at a different branch this is US BANK! We have been banking with US BANK since they open their doors, never had a problem until the Wooddale location close. The people running the Wooddale was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, respectful and most import they would get to the bottom of the problem and help you not send you to a different customer service or branch. what is the point in having a Bensenville location if they can't help you!

Absolutely horrible, HORRIBLE customer service…read more I am a customer of U.S. Bank because I have to be (they own my mortgage loan, unfortunately). The website SUCKS and I'm unable to make payments as I want to. There's a limit on additional principal payments that IS NOT DISCLOSED anywhere on the website. Regardless, this branch, specifically, applied my payment incorrectly and REFUSED TO ISSUE A RECEIPT with my updated balance. They gave me a slip that says I gave a certain amount in CASH (not a check, not a debit card, but actual cash). Why can't you confirm my updated mortgage balance when you don't have to wait for a check to clear? The teller (LXSAUC1 is her ID number) confirmed to me verbally that my payment would be additional principal. Instead, she applied it as a prepayment of my next payment (how convenient that I pay them the FULL INTEREST AMOUNT A MONTH IN ADVANCE.) Stay away! They will do whatever they can to take your money and use it to THEIR BENEFIT.

Let me start off by telling you that this location was annoyingly difficult to find!…read more I'm not sure if it was the rush I was in, the traffic, all the stuff on my mind, or just the crazy maps. Yelp maps told me one way, Google maps told me another, and it wasn't until I pulled up the map on the Chase website that I finally figured out what intersection this Chase was at and found the inconspicuous building behind another office building. THEN, once I found the building, I pulled into a nearly empty customer parking lot a little after 5pm and thought to myself, "Great, they're closed." I still walked up to the front door (where other people were waiting), checked the lobby hours, and saw they were open for another hour. Great! Tried to open the door. Wouldn't open. Apparently you need to swipe your card to enter. Strange. Swipe. Enter. Walk in. Try the double doors. Locked. What? OH. It's not the kind of bank where you can walk up the to the counter and complete transactions. It's an ATM-only kind of bank -- with a lobby for the ATMs. To do all the regular banking stuff, you have to drive up to the windows. With a sigh, I headed back to my car, pulled up to one of the drive-thrus, pressed the call button, got a large tube, put my check in the cube, hit a button, watched the cube go "WHOOOOOOSH!", let the banker handle stuff, and the tube returned with my money in it. Not a bad drive-thru experience. But, GAH. How annoying is it to expect a full bank (as stated on the Chase website) only to find a drive-thru and an ATM lobby? I don't expect that you can go to this location to do loans and stuff, because you can't sit down at a table and talk face-to-face with a banker. At least now I know. And I'm $75 richer.

I had a good experience here. I came in to get foreign currency for a trip overseas. They were…read morepolite and did a great job managing my request for getting two different currencies. They have to order them in advance. Then they called promptly and let me know the currency was available.
