We mainly drop into a Chase branch for ATM services, but around this time of year, we also always take the opportunity to ask for complimentary, colorful, and handy Chinese New Year lucky money red envelopes. It's a nice perk offered by Chase Bank and I really don't know if other banks offer such a perk. The funny thing is that this is the only branch we have ever asked that only had lucky money envelopes from the previous year lol. It's not a biggie, and they are still handy, but the current up-to-date envelopes have a horse logo signifying it's the Year of the Horse.

Over the years the staff members have changed, there has been less tellers and bankers available to help out. Trying to make an appointment with a banker, I was told my issue was not "important" enough to warrant working with a banker. I was told to go into the drive through.
