Being that it was my wifes roth account we needed to open a new account, for her, The firm i transferred from had 1 open options contract, So Mike had me fill out the paper work for options trading approval. Ok so now the cash and the open option get transferred and everything seems good, Since i have no knowledge of how to trade an option i had called Mike to explain how to do it. That went well and seemed simple enough, So now i am waiting for the stock price to climb so i can at least break even. I log onto my wifes account to see that my open option was sold at a loss. WTF . I called to find out what happen and to find out that i was not approved for long options trading so they sold it with no warning to me what so ever, They never contacted me or warned me ,no email no nothing ,just sold it for a loss. There response was a basic to bad, I was in the process of opening 2 25k investment accounts till this happened, Now i have lost any trust i had with them and will be transferring my accounts to another firm. If they can do this with no remorse,what else can they do. I have had an account with them for years for just small trading and never had a problem. But this changed everything. So be aware you really have no control of your money with them,

Plus they take the hassle of all of that away so deadlines are met, tax returns filed, quarterly updates provided, things are consolidated and they do it all with smiles on their faces no matter how many questions I ask, or how long it takes me to sign something basic (trust me . . .my living trust took forever as I just didn't want to think about who was going to pull the plug on me if I was sick. Let me go on the record here to all who are reading this that you can pull it . . . just not too soon!) I trust them with my future. A huge responsibility, I know. And one I don't partner into lightly. If you are looking for someone to help manage your finances, you owe it to yourself to talk to these guys.
