Today I was driving from Jacksonville to Myrtle Beach and decided to stop in Georgetown for lunch. I parked my car on Front Street and walked along the water on the boardwalk. This place looked the most full so I figured it must be pretty good. My instincts were right. All of the tables outside were taken, but there were a few empty seats at the bar. The menu has about a dozen appetizers, about ten handhelds, a few salads, a few tacos, and about ten other dishes. I opted for the fried shrimp basket and it was an excellent choice. There were ten delicious fried shrimp, as well as fries and cole slaw. Everything tasted great. Service was pretty quick. The outdoor dining was full the whole time I was there. So glad I chose this place. The views of the water were also nice.

If you ever need to know if Trevor is working at buzzes just play music on the "touch tunes" jukebox he doesn't like. (Ex: static x)Fastest finger in the South hitting that skip button. **** maybe have it removed as an option so people don't waste their money!!!!!****

Excellent server Kaylyn made our day with her smile and hospitality. Talk about Southern Charm! Our lunch of Blacked Shrimp Tacos and Mahi Mahi Sandwich was so good thought the alligator might want me to share. Our beverages was the Rooster Red from Southern Hopps and a Snafu Sour. Outside deck area was the perfect ambiance.

Came here with zero lay of the land. Ms Kamron and Mr Ryan were the most absolute best bartenders and local guides anyone could ask for. I highly recommend this place as an outsider from another state this place feels like home with them behind the bar if I could give more stars I would.

Went here on Wednesday March 12 2025 with my parents, uncle, and cousins. it was a little family reunion. We decided on this place because it was a halfway- then some from Charleston, and maybe 45 minutes for us. Anyways, since this is town, we found a parking spot right outside the place across the street. This place is on the water, and has indoor and outdoor seating. We decided to eat indoors, although i kept feeling chilly while inside. While we were waiting for the rest of our party, we decided to party at the bar. Must say that they really have cool drinks, but with the bartender we just ordered 3 cherry vodkas with sprite/7up. Glad to see a place have cherry vodka! and it was enjoyable. We also ordered boneless wings teriyaki, and nachos, in which both were good. Finally, the rest of our party came, and we were sat at a table inside. In total, we were a party of 8. At the table, we started with waters, 2 people got shirley temples. We also started with an appetizers of fried pickle and Fried Calamari. Must say, the fried pickles were really good, it was my first time trying them. Server greeted us with a smile and took great care of us. For entrees, i ordered the fried flounder with sweet potato fries, someone got a french dip burger, a cobb salad, chicken ranch wrap, wings, and a chicken fingers with fries. I definetely enjoyed my fish sandwich as it was something different. We all pretty much ate our food before we were full. We paid the check with a credit card and left a cash tip. Would definitely come again for lunch or something! enjoyed it! Oh, and the restrooms were easy to find and clean.

An hour or two to get out of the rain and enjoy some beers with dinner. I managed to find the only table in the place that had a power outlet - there is a power strip hanging down from the ceiling next to the jukebox. So there you go. A good variety of beers on tap but the canned Kolsch caught my eye. I also enjoyed an order of the chicken bites in hot sauce which turned out to be actually hot and spicy. That was nice. Good service from three waiters as I was here long enough that the turned over from lunch to dinner. I'd return here. [Review 19424 overall - 998 in South Carolina - 394 of 2023.]

We were pleasantly surprised by the food and prices. We walked into a bar atmosphere, which didn't instill much confidence in the food. I had a dirty martini to start, it was $6.50!!! Unbelievable, because my wine was $9.00. The Low Country Boil was $31.99. We didn't feel that was unreasonable since it was soooooo good and plenty of food for two. Our waiter Corey suggested adding Old Bay Seasoning and garlic to it. Absolutely get it with the seasoning and garlic. All-in-all we'd come back if we visit Georgetown again.

We were seated on the deck outback with a wonderful water view. I think this might have been the best table in the restaurant! We started with the parmesan baked artichoke hearts at the recommendation of our server. They were piping hot with a hint of lemon and topped with parmesan and breadcrumbs. Served with crostini ( we did have to get a few more crostini). These were absolutely delightful! I could have probably made a meal out of this! We all had burgers and fries for our entree. The burger was seasoned and cooked perfectly! It was topped with cheese, bacon, tomato, lettuce and charred onions which really made this burger even better. I highly recommend the burger!! It was so delicious ... I forgot to get a picture before it was completely gone! The next time I am in Georgetown this will definitely be tops on the list of places to eat.

Martinis and wine started the meal. Frank's is A nice addition to a small town with big charm on Front St.

Every dish felt curated and intentional. We started with the crab dip and corn bread and both were delicious. The Miso butter that comes with the cornbread gave it such a pleasant Umami note. For dinner we had the Chicken, Scallops, Pork Chop, and Shrimp and Grits. The carrot puree that held the scallops was so smooth, sweet, and rich. It complimented the scallops perfectly. My shrimp and grits were fantastic. The grits were the perfect texture, and the shrimp cooked to perfection. The bone in pork chop was perfectly cooked, was seasoned so well, and extremely tender and juicy. I think I was most impressed with the chicken, sweet potatoes, and bacon jam. It's hard to explain but the bourbon bacon jam almost tasted like how it smells when they smoke a cocktail, in the best way. The sweet potatoes tasted incredible and balanced out the savory chicken. I really can't recommend this resteraunt enough. From the food, to the service and the ambiance, everything was fantastic. I've dined at a handful of Michelin starred resteraunts and the overall quality and completion of the dishes here easily competes and surpasses those experiences. Thank you for such a wonderful dinner
