The first suit he grabbed looked incredible but I didn't know if it would fit because we had not done any measurements yet. To my suprise the jacket was a perfect fit, and he doubled down by grabbing a shirt that was also a perfect fit for arm length, chest, and neck. We had not talked price yet so I assumed this is where the "gotcha" moment would come in, but I was wrong. The suit, a tie, pocket square, a shirt, and hemming that would be done in 48 hours was all less than 300. I never knew suit shopping could be so affordable and so easy. How fun and easy was it to pick a pair of jogging pants in the color and size I wanted, grey and large size. Two weeks later the pants came to my house, but the size was XL. That is strange? I thought I ordered Large? The order says XL. I tried to contact Customer Service. I had to google it because the number is not on their website. My first calls were greeted with AI. She said it was off hours, so I called in the morning. She still said it was off hours. I told her, "That is impossible. It is 11:00 am in California. She said that I was correct but now she says they are busy. She asked me to leave my number and I did. No one ever called me back. I decided to go to their store and return them. I went to the store, and the sales rep says that they don't have my color choice. No problem, let's just order a new pair online. He checked and "They are all out of those pants in my size online!" No more large, so I am thinking that is why I got XLarge instead of Large? but I can't prove this. Okay, credit me and I will pick another style of pants. The problem is the store jogger pants are now $110 and not on sale. That is okay because I have $29 left on my gift card. The sales person, very nice, verified I had $29 left on my gift card. The problem is where is that money? It is not on my account. It is nowhere in their system. It is gone. Look, there is the proof that I still have $29 left. He agreed with me, but gave me Customer Service. Simple solution, let's just call them right now? No, he said they won't do anything right away. It will take days for them to issue a new gift card and mail it to me. I gave up on my $29 and this company at that moment. They took my money. Everything I just told you is true. There is something not right here. When I purchase something with an Amazon gift card, the balance stays on my account, so I can use it later. This is true with other companies, but not Vuori. Their customer service is more of a hassle than the money I lost. No one ever returned my call. I could never find a time when they are open. Be careful with online gift cards here.
