Great Food. Great service overall experience is usually very good. One thing I have noticed which I hope management will consider working on is in person service vs to go orders! Obviously Covid has been great for restaurants in increasing phone orders, pick up orders and 3rd party deliver service BUT.... Now that Covid is not as it was a year ago the in person service has declined. I order in person for the 5th time(aka the reason I'm finally reviewing) so every time I order and watch many to go style orders sit and get cold while I wait and wait and wait and wait for my in dining meal to come. I was able to sit and slowly drink a glass of wine, still no food. 10 minutes later still no food. I received my food with some of the same to go orders just getting colder. I decided to order an extra side 1 minute after I received my food and 20 minutes later while watching more to go food sit there I still don't have my additional side. I think it's time to prioritize in person dining with consideration for to go and pick up orders. Please do something about this! I love your restaurant but loath just waiting so long to be served while sitting right in front of all the employees. read more

It's not the same as it was the past years coming here regularly. I think ownership must have changed. What a disappointing lunch I had, which my mouth was watering for. I got the Thai Chicken Curry bowl. It tasted like it had Mexican spices in it. Chipotle? It did not taste Thai. I ate all the chicken so as to not waste protein. I ended up with a whole rib bone in my mouth. The vegetables used to be sliced beautifully, now they're chopped. Used to be sweet red bell peppers, now overpowering green bell peppers. My daughter had the tri-tip bowl. She said it was the most tasteless meat she's ever eaten. The bowls our food was served in had food slopped all over the outsides and rims. Ugh. My unsweetened iced tea was cloudy, not clear. ???? Bummer. We won't go back. read more

I really enjoy their food, but the quality of order correctness has gone downhill. The past two times eating here (once at the Winchester and once at the Murrieta location), I ordered the Chimicurri tri tip. Both times they forgot to include the chimichurri sauce only to discover it when I got home. On one of the orders they were missing the bread as well, and also the side of sweet potato fries that we paid for. On the second order, they were missing the Caesar salad that was also paid for as an extra. I will not be returning until this quality control issue has been fixed, and the can be assured of correctness. For the amount of money that you pay, this should be a non issue. I expect this from Fast Food, not from Bushfire. read more

Completely terrible! Ordered from here several times for delivery, directly through their site, not a third party delivery site. They staple their bags so the driver can't even make sure all of the order is there. Order was missing several items! Sad part is that this isn't the first time this has happened! With inflation, I will definitely be taking my business somewhere where I'm not shorted on my food! Absolutely ridiculous, such a shame. I liked supporting small businesses but I'm done with this one! Update: contacted the restaurant and they tried to blame the driver, which makes no sense because the bag was stapled by them. This is a fantastic place to bring your Gluten Free, Vegan or Vegetarian family/friends because they have much to offer. For them, I would rate this a 5! I love that my Vegan+gluten free daughter can eat here without fear of getting sick!! They also have many offerings for those of us without dietary restrictions. My son in law had a BBQ combo that looked amazing and he said was very good...but for charging $18.99, he wished that the serving was a little bigger. My husband and I got different kinds of burgers and neither of us thought they were anything special. But I think we should give this place another chance and try some of their other offerings. They have some seriously beautiful looking sides in their display case that I would like to try. I did have a bite of the Mac and cheese and it was amazing!! read more

Great place if you're a meat lover. They serve no-frills rotisserie chicken, bbq ribs, steak and more. An entry gets you side veggies and a slice of focaccia. I ordered the ribs b/c they come in quarter rack (grateful for the small portion). Great taste, tender, can't complain. The side veggies while delicious, not your typical healthy choice b/c they're cooked to death. Bushfire Kitchen is kitchen style, just walk up and order, take a number and find a table. I had such an unfortunate experience at this restaurant. I'll start at the beginning. I placed an order through DoorDash. I ordered the Chimichurri Tri Tip, Empanadas with chimichurri sauce and the Peri Peri Chicken. I messaged the DoorDash delivery guy to please ask for an extra side of chimichurri sauce (it is so GOOD) he messaged me that the guy couldn't give him an extra side because it was an extra charge. Ugh but I totally get that. If it's extra it's extra. When the order arrived there was ZERO chimichurri. None with the Tri Tip and none with the empanadas. The Peri Peri Chicken also had an incorrect side dish. As delicious as the food is here no sauce makes it a very dry and unpleasant meal. I called the restaurant to let them know and that is where the experience became SHOCKING. I told the first gentleman and he said that he didn't handle that order and put me on hold. No apology. The second gentleman shockingly told me that he put sauce in the bag. I wasn't sure how to respond to that so I simply said, "Sir there is no sauce or I wouldn't be calling." No apology. He then put me on hold and said he'd get his manager. When the manager got on the phone he told me that extra sauce was a charge. I repeated for the third time that there was ZERO sauce he then told me to contact DoorDash for a refund. NO APOLOGY. This was shocking. I spoke to three different employees and no one did the basic apology or asked how they could make it right. The manager was surprisingly the most dismissive and seemed annoyed that I was calling at all. Very unprofessional. It's sad that a place that has such great food is being run by such poor management. I ended up messaging DoorDash and the first thing I received was an APOLOGY. I was refunded for my order but more importantly it was handled correctly. Bushfire could really use some lessons in hospitality from DoorDash. read more

I be here for lunch and dinner, both times have been good. My Son-in-law is gluten free so this place was perfect, it's fairly small, use to be a house. It's charming and we ate outside on the patio. I normally take pictures with our food but this time we didn't wait. It did take awhile to get our food so don't be in a hurry. We were there on Easter which makes sense. Every time I want to try this place, I'm disappointed. I always order curbside pick up and after clicking the link that was sent and it saying "someone will be out with your food shortly" no one ever arrives. 3 times now...same scenario, 29 mins plus of waiting for no one to arrive and me having to go in with clothes I should not be going into an establishment wearing. I now believe they do not offer curbside pick up, maybe this should not be an option anymore. This past night when I got home, the buns were stale and the fries soggy. $41 for two burgers, less than impressed AND I tipped them for what exactly? I can think of countless other places to pay that amount and have a good meal and good service. Never again. Terrible service I ordered a bowl from them and they overcharged me for a full side 4.50 instead of a topping 1.50. When I refused to pay for something I didn't order. The could not figure how to cancel my order when they finally retook my order they did not make it and made me wait over 30 minutes before I asked for a refund then decided to make my order. No apology no explanation. It was obvious why it was not plated. Temecula store is constantly bad service and mistakes. Menifee has a much better handle on taking care their customers. read more

Took a little while to find this place as it is in a small strip mall type area. We were glad we did not abort our efforts to find it. There is a small indoor space for seating and an outdoor area. Food is ordered in an assembly line fashion where they make your food in front of you. I ordered the lamb curry with rice and vegetables. The meat was tender and had a delicious flavor. The vegetables were cooked al dente and the rice was cooked well also. Menu items are reasonably priced. I will definitely return here on my next visit to Temecula. read more

We recently moved to the area and it's actually embarrassing to admit how often we've already ordered from here. There really aren't many options for healthy dining it seems and I like that this has higher quality food - grass fed, organic, etc. I will admit that the first couple of times my orders were wrong as we only order via Door Dash and I had missing items. But the food we received was so good that we keep coming back. I love the empanadas, curry bowl, and mac n cheese. The short rib bowl was great but not enough meat (more of a big rice bowl). Apparently all you need to do is not wipe the tables properly so they are sticky, don't empty the trash and boom you're there .
