Do not purchase here if you need to refund an item . If you used a card to purchase an item they will refund it back with cash. Then don't want to give Cooperates number . Give you the run around . Then cooperate tells you oh it's posted on our website of our new refund policy. Not in the store I purchased the item but the website. How convenient for me ! read more

It usually pains me to walk into a Burlington, but this one must be under new management! The clothes were actually on the racks not the floor! Looked and smelled clean! Way to go! So then my 2 hour shopping for absolutely nothing began. The selection of sweaters, dresses and tops are always mind boggling. After many many trips to the dressing room I decide on a few sweaters, cause DANG FLORIDA WEATHER! All the checkout lines were open! No I'm not kidding! Almost like Christmas! (See what I did there?) This is our go to "bargain hunting" store for shoes and clothes alike! This store has some serious square footage for products and the aspect of "treasure hunting" reigns supreme. Some days you find that hidden gem and other days it's just not there...but wait for it because there will be another great find on the horizon! We've received consistently good customer service at this location and perhaps this is because we're veterans with navigating and knowing the store map and layout! The clearance shoe section is a big draw - great athletics shoe bargains here as well as office shoes. The selection of menswear and women's clothes is pretty decent but pickings in your right size are the maker or breaker for that "fantastic" find! The prices are always terrific and absolutely love that we can "practically" mega-shop for the college kids when they are in the "clothes shopping" zone. We've even lucked out late March and found bargain basement ski jackets for our Ski Trip! The parking can be semi hectic with the lot shared by a bunch of other big stores but it's certainly worth the trip - check it out. The prices are great but at what cost? The choices and quality have severely declined over the past 5-10 years. MY ADVICE: wear flexible, form-fitting clothes to just try on clothing on the store floor because they don't have fitting rooms anymore and their returns process is a dead end. On 09/29 I encountered some hidden gems (2 Calvin Klein dresses) but a floor associate told me Corporate made them shut down all their fitting rooms. He tried to reassure me about their return policy, so I thought what the heck I'll grab my "maybes" and try them on at home. I came back the next day to return 3/5 of what I took home only for the cashier to say her register is "saying" they "have" to do a gift card. The receipt stated items purchased by debit card will get cash. I was wanting cash because I can use it for anything else in my life but a gift card now has my money hostage to the store. I don't know if this is a Corporate policy or local policy to end up keeping your money anyway, because I combed through the whole place and I can't think of anything else Burlington could offer me that I'd want to spend my remaining $70 on. read more

Where do I begin and end?? I came, I saw, took a few pictures for proof not-to-ever come back, and left as fast as the wind against my back could push me. Between the non-service, shoppers with attitude, slothful non-attention to the appearance of the store, loss prevention nightmare everywhere making me uncomfortable, and the alleged would-be shoplifters looking at me, looking at them, looking at me and wondering why I look like Carlton from Fresh Prince who took a wrong turn and wound up in a Compton shop apparently looking out of place to them while getting the stank eye and a head to toe once over...I was ret -ta-go!!! And that we did after my friend and I gave the 'you-thinking-what-I'm-thinking?' mind reading look to each other and headed to the exit. Why is "Coat Factory" even a part of the name?? I went here to get a coat. Huge store... yet only a very small percentage of it was actually dedicated to coats. The woman helping me... RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! Uggggg! Nothing was in order; complete and utter chaos. Yes, they have items on the racks under small, medium, large, etc. But absolutely nothing was where it was suppose to be. Even the RUDE associate helping me admitted everything was out of order and it was always out of order. Guess that is something not too high on their priority list. Makes for a very unpleasant and dreadful shopping experience for me! Clean? Ummm no. Semi-clean? OK.. I guess I'll give it that much. Will I return? Maybe.. but only because I have found some really cute, cheap tops there in the past and only if I'm in the mood to sort through racks and racks of clothing looking for a particular size. Basically, if I'm in the mood to know I'll leave completely irritated and with a splitting headache all for the sake of finding a good shirt or two. read more

Place was a lot cleaner than 6000 Lake Gray Blvd. still unorganized and messy with a lot of trash everywhere. Shopping carts had gum and trash in/on them. Clothes were out of order and not in the right size "area". Staff was really friendly. read more

Very very unorganized store. This was my second visit, it's the middle of the week so I don't understand the chaos. Very hard to navigate through clothing items. Shoes are scattered all over the shoe department, sizing is hard to find given the mix up with everything. Definitely wouldn't recommend shopping here until some structure in regards to the display of departments we more put together. read more

Burlington as a whole, is really nice discount department store. The prices for their name brand items are much lower than what you would find at Khols or Macy's. There is always a wide variety of items, in season clothing, and cute home decor. My problem with this particular location is the store always looks messy and badly in need of recovery. The perfume/body wash section is just full of items that have been opened or knocked over. Even if the bottle hasn't been opened, the package is damaged from the oils from other spills. You have to walk the entire shoe section, because your size is mixed in with other sizes ( both smaller and larger). The dressing room had piles of clothing stacked in the dressing room. It is dissapointing that they can't keep the store clean. Because they have a good selection. read more

I was there at this morning with my Siberian husky 3 month puppy, she was in the shopping car quiet and sit when a lady kicked us out of the store just cuz my puppy is a dog, that's what she said; Burlington doesn't have any sign saying they're not dogs allowed or something like that, they don't make or sale food. This is the first time someone treats me like that about my dog at a store. Just lost a costumer. read more

This is a family shopping store , we find all the stuff in here . I can save 50% --70% regular price compare the other store . the only one thing you have to do is take your time and pick up . Awesome location! I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with my visit. I just knew that if the Regency location was anything like the Mandarin location, it would be old and outdated. Thankfully, it was modern and had a great inventory. My boyfriend and I found 2 coats for our Salt Lake City trip in literally 20 minutes for reasonable prices. This location is not one of their best. Things were pretty well picked over, but I did find some deals on flavored k-cups, always one of my favorites at a discount store. They don't do a great job here of picking clothing up off the floors and maintaining the racks. read more

It's so run down and cluttered here. I feel like I'm in an oversized Goodwill. The cashiers are not friendly at all. The shoe area looks like a mountain of shoes and boxes strewn all over the floor. floor staff acts like they are being put out and highly bothered if you ask a question. maybe they needed to all go work in a happier environment? its pretty depressing in this store for sure. Stay far away and go to Marshall's or Ross for a better shopping experience and get a true deal. Better yet go to Regency mall for the Dillard's outlet. If you have been to the local strip clubs or the Westside, or the local bus station and seen people still wearing 4xl tall tees and Rocawear or Sean John Jeans, and wondered where they bought them from, look no further! This is the spot to find oversized discontinued hip hop wear that went out of style back in 2005. It feels like you are in some sort of time warp when you walk in. You are transported to a world where Nelly is continuously on the radio and Enyce velour suits and US Polo Association tennis shoes are still considered hip (were they ever?). Good luck finding anything in your size, as everything is mixed up similar to a Goodwill or any other thrift shop. This place is a goldmine for clothes that will be liked by Eastern Europeans or Mexicans fresh over the border. Tons of non adidas shirts with stripes down the sleeves, offbrand soccer jerseys, carpenter jeans and generic looking pearl white Filas and K Swiss abound.
