The card number gets printed on the receipt and is only protected by a 4 digit CID that could easily be brute force cracked (only 10,000 combinations). Sometimes there are only 2 digits for the PIN. One person had $3500 stolen from them. Macy's needs to talk to corporate and put a stop to this. This is ridiculous.

I purchased an item that turned out to be too big and found it in a small. The tag was on and I had the receipt. Like most stores you need both for returns and I had the items for 7 days. The rep/looked at the receipt and said I had 3 days to return the item, because the label was Free-people. I explained this was not told to me during the purchase and I cannot do anything with a piece of clothing that is too big. I asked for the manager and that's when she explained she was also the manager. I was surprised because managers are empowered to step out of the box and make decisions that are good for the customer and the store. This manager decided to make an example of me in front of other customers and my daughter by denying an exchange and choose policy over people and additional store profit. In ending I hope Dillards reads this review and retrains management to use better judgment when comes down to basic principles in doing what is right for customers who have supported them for years. I am not sure if the store is struggling or if the manager is in fear of loosing her job, either way I left the store feeling betrayed and baffled by a policy that did not make sense. I did not ask for my money back only to have an item that fit. After reviewing the receipt it was clear, this applied to refund, not exchanges.

He had a terrible attitude. I came to this location after and the young woman staff asked me if I needed any help as soon as she spotted me. I asked for some help finding the CD and she immediately said she knew what I was asking for and would grab it from the back. I finally got my CD. I didn't get her name but thank you for the help and wonderful experience after I was so upset at another Target.

Some of the items are a find... some of them are a find but cheap in quality, and some of the stuff is just cheap in quality. It is a large treasure hunt where you have to be leery of the gotchas! Those items that you think your getting a great deal on and then they fall apart in a day or so. However if you have the time, the inclination, and a discerning eye this can be a great place to find a bargain and some fun things.

I arrived at exactly 7:50pm, and right when I walked in the door, the associate behind the customer service desk yelled out to me "we are closed." So I had to leave the store unable to pick up my item from the customer service desk, even though the front door has a sign that clearly states the store does not close until 8:00pm. Anyways, two days later I returned back to jc penny to try and pick up my order once again. I arrived at the customer service desk to pick up my item. The lady gave me a packaged fully wrapped up item, which I assumed was the item I had ordered, especially because it had a label with my name on it. Well I got home, unwrapped the package, and it WAS NOT the item I had ordered!! It was a comforter! I had ordered a mattress pad NOT a comforter!! So once again I had to drive all the way back up to jc penny (a 30 min drive from my home one way) to return this comforter that I had never ordered and get the mattress pad that I did order in the first place. Ultimately, I ended up getting a refund because the mattress pad I had ordered was no longer available. And to top it off, no apology from them. Ordering from jc penny turned out to be a total nightmare. Very poor customer service and a big waste of my time! I will NEVER EVER order anything from jc penny again.
