Very nice folks. Sometimes it's nice to do commerce with a small/family business. I'd like to say thank you for the nice starching of my dress shirts. For once someone understands medium, and it looks both crisp and professional. Slacks are done with care also. If you're in the area give them a chance, as they do a good job. The little mall is sometimes challenging with aggressive/fast drivers. It is tucked back away from quite a bit. Admittedly I'm not a millionaire although it's a nice dream. Due to a regular salary, corporate places get a lot of my business. It's not that I want to, but rather keeping a roof over my family. You'll like this place as they do offer friendly service and good results. read more

I got my valances cleaned and the red color bled into the white. I asked for a discount. Nope. Will not be going back.

This business is hopeless. Took two dress shirts in to be cleaned on Feb.23, scheduled for Thursday pickup. Not ready, was told to come back Saturday, 3/1. Went back and the woman couldn't find them. Told to come back Monday. When I came back, they couldn't find the shirts. Then, they tried to give me someone else's shirts. I explained that they were not my shirts( wrong size, wrong color, wrong brand). Went back today and they again tried to give me some else's shirts (wrong size, wrong color, wrong brand). After insisting they either give me the right shirts or pay me ( the shirts had been worn once and were $65 each), he gave me $70, just over half the replacement cost for two. A terrible experience with a really inept business. Avoid the place! read more

A NIGHTMARE!! i am extremely disappointed with this establishment. I bought my dress here for my brothers upcoming wedding expecting for my alterations to come out looking great. It was the complete opposite! The seamstress told me she could keep the slit open in my dress....when I came to pick up my dress a week later she did the exact opposite. This was a brand new dress that I spent a lot of money on & the material is now snagged in various places as if it was owned for several years because of how rough she was while sewing & removing the thread. I showed her the snagged areas on the dress & she kept attempting to scrape it with her thumbnail as if that would fix anything. The thread that she did add was actually coming out while I was trying on the dress. I couldn't believe it! When I told her that I am not happy & explained to her what I was looking for she attempted to fix it but was frustrated while doing so. She would stick more thread but wouldn't tie a knot at the end so the thread kept coming out. I paid $80 for the dress to be hemmed & taken in. I wouldn't have mind paying that price but being that she destroyed my dress and did not keep her promise on what she could do to the dress I am highly dissatisfied, embarrassed, & ashamed to walk down the aisle at my brothers wedding with this horrendous job that she has done. She expressed to me that it was difficult because I am busty on top and I have a smaller waist. I asked her why she agreed to take a challenging job if she couldn't master it?! When I told her I was not happy she told me she's not happy either and how she has been a seamstress for over 30 years and nobody has ever complained in the area. I have told her that whether anybody has complained to her or not does not take away from me being upset and a dissatisfied customer. I wish I never went here & I would of gone to a more reputable tailor because there is no way you should bring any clothing here, she does but know what she's doing!! read more

This is the only dry cleaners I will use. They are friendly and their prices are reasonable. Great for cleaning comforters, and I swear they can literally sew anything! I can be really hard on my clothes and their ability to repair has greatly increased the lifespan of my wardrobe. The owners are super sweet and always express their appreciation for my business. I would recommend to anyone in the area to give them a try! read more

I love this privately owned dry cleaning shop near my house. It is owner operated and they are professional and efficient. My clothes are clean and ready on the date as promised. They also offer in-house, on-site tailoring and mending which is done expertly. Shoe repair is available too but I believe they send that work out to a local cobbler. I highly recommend Burke Cleaners for your dry cleaning and tailoring needs. read more

I have my work shirts laundered here regularly and use their dry cleaning. It is a small family owned and operated establishment. They do decent work for a reasonable price. My laundry/cleaning has always been ready when they said it would. They offer an onsite tailoring and alteration service although I have never used it. I have been satisfied and prefer their service over their nearby competitors. read more

I was in the area, had some clothes that needed to be cleaned. I decided to give this cleaners a try. I dropped off a wool coat and 3 shirts. I picked up today and my clothes were not cleaned. The coat is covered with cat hair, my hair, lint and pilling. There is no way this coat was cleaned. I called in the hope that I could try to get it cleaned the right way. I was told there was no one who could help me. What a business. They have lost mine. I spent $30 for a coat and a shirt and 2 tank tops that are not clean! I am so very disappointed.. So much for trying the little guy, the independent. Back to my regular cleaner. I do not recommend this place at all. I went back to my regular cleaner where they wrap the buttons in foil, get all the hair and lint off plus the spots that Burke missed. This was an expensive lesson for me. read more
