He showed up on time, was friendly, informative, and got our carpet looking cleaner than when he got here. He even spot cleaned the mattress and did the rest of the hallway so that the carpets didn't look different in cleanliness. I am so grateful that he made himself available and did such an excellent job. Prices were reasonable given how thorough he was. He was also cheerful and respectful the whole way through. The facilities are also super clean. They have many sizes of machines, so I can definitely see myself bringing my bedding and comforters to wash myself, as they are a bit bulky for my at home machine.
