After the initial…read morecleaning, I had concerns about a few areas that didn't look as clean as I expected, as well as some scraping to the hardwood next to one of the carpeted areas. I emailed the company with my concerns and was extremely impressed with their response. He walked through the home with me, came prepared to address anything I wasn't satisfied with, refreshed every area I pointed out, and even repaired the wood where the equipment had caused the scraping. Kevin was professional, personable, and genuinely cared about the quality of the work and making sure I was happy with the final result.
