I've been a customer of Saratoga Cleaners for 20 years. I moved to North Springfield three years ago, but still take my dry cleaning here. They have always been polite, caring and trustworthy. I not only get everything dry cleaned, but also a lot of hemming-even pajama bottoms. I asked if six pants would be too much at one time to hem, and I was told "no problem". I've had stains that only the owner can get out. I don't know her secret. I even had a button come off a shirt and they sewed it on for free. How generous and kind is that! The owners see me coming and my dry cleaning is ready when I come through the front door. It is my true belief that they would do anything to help you. It's unfortunate for the few unhappy reviews, but trust me, this is the place to take your cherished clothing and to be treated like a valued customer. I pray they stay in business forever!! DO NOT TRUST OR TAKE CLOTHES HERE! Ruined clothes. Last week I took 5 tailor made shirts from Jay Hilburn to get them dry cleaned. This was my 2nd time going to this location. The first time I had no issues. This time they completely ruined all of my shirts. I picked up my dress shirts on Thursday afternoon. Friday morning I tried one on for work, only to find it was shrunk and not even close to sitting. I tried on the other 4 and same result. I called, was polite and the lady (owner) asked me if I could bring them back to the store. When I took them back and showed them the receipt they called their son on the phone to talk to me. He called me a liar and said that I somehow ruined the shirts and they have never messed up any clothes in 20 years. That's clearly false from the reviews, not to mention the fact I'm standing right in front of them with 5 ruined shirts (about $600 in value). I told them I had receipts, other shirts at home of the exact size and could get one to show it fits. They continued to say it was my fault and didn't even offer to reimburse me for the shirts or dry cleaning. I had to go back and ask for the refund for the dry cleaning at least, but am still out $600. Worst customer service ever. I was literally in shock at what I was hearing. Avoid this place at all cost if you have nice clothes!! read more

Bummed out! Saratoga did not accept ANY clothing I brought in. Bad employee manners. No hello, no candy, no TV then 110-year old employee denied me service. A guy doing knitting is what greets you coming in. The advertisement on the door specifically mentions laundry, coats and textiles. Saratoga is false advertising! I went there today to get my sons 2 pair of chef jackets and pants to get cleaned and they told me it was going to cost $62.50. I am all for small businesses but not when they are going to charge outrageous prices. I left there and went to zips and it was $17.00. I would rather drive all the way there then pay that much. They should be ashamed of themselves to charge that much. GO TO ZIPS its almost 4 times cheaper. read more

Tried this cleaners just once. I picked up my husbands expensive two piece suite today and it looks great. The lady at the register is also very nice, and smiled to me when i walked in. I can not say if the price is good or bad, because i am not a usual dry cleaning customer, but for the 2 piece suite i paid around $12.50. Most likely will come back here if we need to ry clean anything else. read more

I've lived in Saratoga for most of my life and this is the only buisness in the Saratoga Shopping Cener I avoid. They have horrible customer service. I was going to a wedding and brough in a suite to be dry cleaned three days in advance and was told it would be ready in only two days. I thought great, now I won't have to worry about it. I showed up to pick it up three days later, only to find out that it's not ready. Despite the advance notice and giving them an extra day they were still behind and I couldn't use it. To top it all off, they couldn't understand why I would be upset and did nothing to make the situation better. I go out of my way to go to a cleaners farther away, rather then giving them buisness the don't deserve. read more

Mi always goes above and beyond for me, and never charges extra. She takes pride in her work and always makes my shirts look like new. I really appreciate all of her efforts. I have particular shirts that I really like and I don't have to worry when I get one stained because I can count on Mi to get it out! read more

Excellent customer service. Very welcoming to me as a new customer. I was in no hurry for my clothes but they were all ready when I returned. I was given a very sturdy bag to transport my clothes the next time. Now I recall why my husband no longer goes to this Dry Cleaners....total rip-off. Took a Caftan in there today to ask for straight stitching on both sides two inches off of original stitching (to give me 4 more inches of room) and the hem taken up. Now the width of the garment is approx 24 inches and all I wanted was a simple fold over hem. After I explaned what I needed, Already had the hem pinned....she proceeded to tell me that the hem would coast $45 and the sides $29.....?????? That was more than I paid for the dress!!!! For that amount, I could go buy a machine and stitch it my self!!... Ridiculous!. Won't be gracing their doors anytime soon. read more
