When I mentioned that I needed the dress by Wednesday, which was actually later than the timeframe I had been given over the phone, the woman helping me immediately seemed annoyed and acted as though my timeline was unreasonable. I'm not sure why I was made to feel like an inconvenience when I was simply going by the information their own employee had given me the day before. The pricing was even more frustrating. I had a three-layer chiffon bridesmaid dress from the same website altered here in May and paid $53 for the alteration. The dress I brought in today is also a three-layer chiffon dress from the same website, yet I was told the alteration would cost $85. There was no explanation for the significant price difference. I asked them to pull up my previous transaction and showed that I had paid $53 in May. At that point, I was simply told that this was a "different dress." While of course the dresses are different styles, they are both three-layer chiffon dresses requiring the same type of alteration. So it appears they don't have set prices and the prices are determined arbitrarily depending on how the seamstress feels that day. I left without having the alterations done. Between the rude attitude, being treated as though the timeline their own employee gave me was somehow my fault, and the inconsistent pricing with no clear explanation, I did not feel comfortable leaving my dress there. I drove 15 minutes to rose hill cleaners and gave them my business instead.

Someone spilled a whiskey drink on my pink shirt, so there were obvious stains. The person who received my shirts was pretty dismissive and didn't ask me any questions about what services I wanted. The prices were a bit more than other places, but I assumed their service was very good for the price. I received a notification my items were ready for pick up a day after they were supposed to be ready. They let me pay and walk out of the store without mentioning they failed to remove the stains on my shirt. I walked back in and asked about the issue and the response I got was they tried their best. Why would I have to pay for something they failed to clean? The jacket was not totally cleaned either. Now I have to go to another cleaners and see if they can help. I will never be using this cleaners again.

I used Yelp to reach out to a number of Wash/Dry/Fold places. Clean All was quick to respond and offered very reasonable rates. They even made suggestions for me to pass on to the repair people. I guess that makes sense because people who run laundromats have lots of with broken equipment. Anyway, I dropped off a bunch of laundry and it was clean, dry, and folded the following morning. They did a great job and even listened to my requests for some minor special handling. While I was there, I learned they also wash larger items, like weighted blankets, take in dry cleaning, and do alterations. Frankly, before this I never even realized they were there, and I've gone past there store 100s of times. I'll certainly use them for WDF the next time I need it. That may be in a few days since, sadly, the circus is still in town.

Yeah the owners are nice, but I wasn't paying for nice, just quality cleaning!!
