Someone spilled a whiskey drink on my pink shirt, so there were obvious stains. The person who received my shirts was pretty dismissive and didn't ask me any questions about what services I wanted. The prices were a bit more than other places, but I assumed their service was very good for the price. I received a notification my items were ready for pick up a day after they were supposed to be ready. They let me pay and walk out of the store without mentioning they failed to remove the stains on my shirt. I walked back in and asked about the issue and the response I got was they tried their best. Why would I have to pay for something they failed to clean? The jacket was not totally cleaned either. Now I have to go to another cleaners and see if they can help. I will never be using this cleaners again.

They have always been polite, caring and trustworthy. I not only get everything dry cleaned, but also a lot of hemming-even pajama bottoms. I asked if six pants would be too much at one time to hem, and I was told "no problem". I've had stains that only the owner can get out. I don't know her secret. I even had a button come off a shirt and they sewed it on for free. How generous and kind is that! The owners see me coming and my dry cleaning is ready when I come through the front door. It is my true belief that they would do anything to help you. I had several pants, even newer ones split down the middle when I went to sit down; my weight unchanged. The materials appeared to dry out under very light starching. One of my button down shirt pockets came back ripped and they denied having anything to do with it? Same goes with the buttons. The lady actually replaced all ten buttons for free indicating fault. Yeah the owners are nice, but I wasn't paying for nice, just quality cleaning!! Btw I have very few matching buttons left from all the ones they destroyed on all my shirts so finding matches will be difficult, if not impossible to replace.
