I have used The Drycleaners a few times after having my clothes either come back missing buttons,…read moreseams, or even patches at other "chain" drycleaners. I love the family vibes and authentic feel of The Drycleaners. I had a big event and needed a suit tailored in like less than 3-4 days and before a major holiday. The suit ran big and was long/boxy. When I tell you, the tailor took my measurements quickly and efficiently and got work. Now, I paid a pretty price BUT I know I paid for her dedicated service, expertise, and her time because she is an absolute pro! I picked my suit up on time, and with no issues. I loved the outcome and took this experience as a time to enjoy my first custom suit that I will use for events in the future. Thank you!

They charged me $25 each; $50 for both. They were relatively inexpensive pants which I could have replaced for $35 each. So I blame myself for not checking the price, but not in my wildest idea did I think they were going to charge the price they did.

There was a serious issue with my $3,000 goose fur jacket. Instead of being dry cleaned as…read moreexpected, it was machine-washed, completely flattening the fur and ruining the jacket beyond repair. The jacket wasn't even dried, rather soaked in water at the time of the pick up. The staff acknowledged the fact that there was a huge mistake and it was rather washed in water than being dry cleaned, and the label itself said "laundry". When I brought this up to the associate, they mentioned they needed to speak with their boss(Jeff) to determine if anything could be done to fix it. However, this kind of damage was irreversible. Given the circumstances, I insisted that they compensate me for the jacket, as this was a clear case of negligence. Jeff denied the fact that it was machine washed despite the staff and video proof of jacket being soaked in water, and the label itself saying "laundry", and said I'd have to contact the manufacturer for repair. This experience was extremely frustrating, and I am now left with a completely ruined jacket. If a dry cleaner cannot properly handle high-end garments, they should not accept them in the first place. I expected professional care, but instead, my jacket was completely ruined, and they refused to compensate me for it. I was also charged extra for stain removal on a shirt with tough stains. However, when I picked it up, the stains were still there, exactly the same as before, meaning the extra charge was completely unjustified.

I used Yelp to reach out to a number of Wash/Dry/Fold places. Clean All was quick to respond and offered very reasonable rates. They even made suggestions for me to pass on to the repair people. I guess that makes sense because people who run laundromats have lots of with broken equipment. Anyway, I dropped off a bunch of laundry and it was clean, dry, and folded the following morning. They did a great job and even listened to my requests for some minor special handling. While I was there, I learned they also wash larger items, like weighted blankets, take in dry cleaning, and do alterations. Frankly, before this I never even realized they were there, and I've gone past there store 100s of times. I'll certainly use them for WDF the next time I need it. She wouldn't listen. She pinned the jeans and eyeballed the hem- she didn't even pin them correctly- long story short, one hem is longer than the other and they are completely off. Also I had my jacket hemmed- it was a bit sloppy. She found other places my jacket needed hemmed and to be honest, with the work she did I could have done it myself. See photos. I was charged $115 for hemming my jeans and fixing my jacket with a dry clean (there was a stain on my jacket). Anyway, usually I'd go back in and have them redo it, but she's kinda pushy- very sweet woman but I don't like not being listened to. Also, going back would mean she would have to cut my jeans again and I'm over it.
