How great is it when Rodney would come out to my home to try a fix, (at NO extra fee) or, later, when he sent the unit back to the maker for replace/repair services on his dime. Got it back within a week, and the DVR started getting funky again. So I called EasternCCTV in SoCal, and they walked me through every test necessary. The outcome was a bad HD, so, I took the defective unit into Rodney, and after a 20 second call to EasternCCTV, he went into the back of his shop, grabbed a NEW unit, and swapped my out. I'm tellin ya, if only everyone in business had that quality re customer service, it would be a nicer World! (Did I mention the unit is about 18 months old?) Try to find THAT kind of service!

Neil shook my hand, went through my vehicle like a doctor, then I signed his work order and then I left. He called me about the time when he said my vehicle was going to be completed. When I arrived, he went down the list of the installation he completed, pointed out some flaws in wiring he noticed when he started, and due to his work ethic and possible safety hazard to me or my passengers should an airbag be deployed, fixed it without any additional costs to me. My vehicle, other than the new alarm stickers, looked like it was never touched by anyone but me. He obviously operates under the Old School work ethic, "Give back whatever you borrowed in the same or better condition!" Quality work and at the quoted price.
