I took my iPhone here to get the cracked screen replaced. The replacement was poorly done and my phone had numerous glitches following the replacement. WARNING TO ALL: They do not replace the water indicator, so when I went to upgrade my phone T-Mobile wouldn't buy my phone back. Apparently this shop is notorious for this. Do NOT recommend coming here. Update 2/28/23: The owner replied to my comment assuming I had the wrong shop. I assure you I do not. The iPhone 11 screen replacement was 100$ or so ..maybe $130 anyway it was significantly less (i don't recall the amounts now) than the only other place in town I'd heard recommended. It was done quickly. Been a couple months and works fine. Looks better than ever perhaps because i had a screen protector on it before and forgot how clear and smooth the glass is. I feel like maybe i have to tap more or harder to get the screen to light up from sleep mode or whatever it is called but not sure, might have been that way before. Also i don't know about the water detector a reviewer here said wasn't replaced and perhaps should be with a cracked screen replacement AND i see iExperts has lifetime guarantee so feel like if i find something out that is a problem they will honor their warranty and i haven't had to yet. I'll save a skeptical star for a couple months from now based on some other reviews and add one if all is still well or if needed they honored warranty. read more

6/4/17 Got battery "replaced" for $60. Worked for awhile, then phone kept heating up and turning off, didn't hold charge, battery swelled up. 10/3/27 replaced battery for free (warranty), this time it even had the right specs for the phone...worked for awhile, but soon wouldn't hold charge and phone turned off even when said was 60% charge left. Bought Samsung brand battery on line for $10. Works great, phone doesn't turn off until battery dead. Bottom line: don't buy battery from these idiots unless you see them remove it from shrink wrap... to think i tipped the 1st guy $10... read more

IExperts are the best! I've had my screen replaced and they did it so quickly, and for a good price! And they were beyond helpful. The last time I went in I actually needed a whole new phone and they were able to give me many different options and helped me choose what would be best. This review is long overdue. I've had my iPhone fixed here a while ago and they did a quick & professional job. It took less than the time they quoted me and I was able to hang around the mall run other errands while having my screen repaired. I feel like the staff is pretty knowledgeable, but what I really liked was they don't try and upsell you like other places (staples, radioshack, ect). I also ended up picking up a screen protector and otterbox case here (since clearly I have trouble not dropping/breaking my phone)... basically... they've also got solid case and accessory options if that's what you're looking for. Overall, a good experience. These guys know what they're doing. I'd recommend them to anyone in the area. read more

First of all I called in to get a quote on my s20 phone to see how much they charge to replace a glass front. They quoted me 385 dollars and said it was because "your phone is a 1400 dollar phone and the glass costs alot of money" So as he is sitting there telling me its 385 dollars i do a quick amazon search for glass replacement kit and it comes out to 40 dollars....I tell him on the phone and he just hangs up on me. So long story short if you want to get ripped off this is the place to go. read more

The best! When my insurance deductable came out to being $200 I called iExperts and explained that my phone screen was inoperable. I didn't think they could fix it. However, the gentleman working assured me he could fix it. It only cost $25 more than my insurance would've charged and it took 45 minutes instead of a week. I paid for a new screen and after getting my phone back, I have more problems that did not exist prior to them working on my phone. My home button does not work now and my proximity detector does not work so, anytime I talk on my phone, my face touches buttons and randomly does weird things. if I could rate 0 stars I would me and my best friend both went there different times and got our screen fixed they charged me 70 and her 180 for sum reason when they were both broken the same way if mine wasn't worse , and then we put 2 and 2 together and both of our phones are hella messed up her camera quality looks like somebody coughed o n it and then put the screen back on and my screen popped out and its glitching so bad I can't even get on it so summary if u don't want your phone f*cked up dont go here. also idk why it says San Francisco this was at the bayshore mall eureka ca read more

Horrible experience here. Left a phone to get some hardware fixed up and returned later to be told that they couldn't fixed anything. When asked if the phone was in worse condition than when left they blatantly lied and told me no. Later discovered several hardware and software issues and had to fix those and original problems elsewhere. read more

Two stars: I appreciated the prompt and courteous service. The warranty is a good sell, but not really when it comes down to being honored. No more than 2 stars: The quality of aftermarket parts used is very poor. One month after my iPhone touch screen was replaced, it started acting up. It would not respond to touch. I would need to turn off the phone and then back "on" for the touch commands to work. After 2 months the screen became heavily pixilated. And eventually the screen incurred a crack near the camera which spread to the corner of the screen. I returned to Eureka area - since I am gone several months a year - and visited the iExperts store at the mall. Explained the situation. Was told the warranty could not be honored because the screen was cracked. If the screen was not cracked then the warranty could be honored. Really? Touch screen started acting up before the screen cracked. But I guess a cracked screen was the way out of warranty. Lucky for iExperts. And ooppss so sorry for me. Store offered $25 off, and it would cost me another $100 to replace the touch screen. I walked out. No "Thank you" - don't need an after market screen that lasts 2 months. Lesson learned - anything can be fixed, but it doesn't mean it will last or warranty will be honored. read more

I have had the worst experience i could have imagined at this location.... taking my divice in to have a screen fixed was the worst waste of my time and energy no to mention money... the staff was extremely rude and bashed my place of work in front of other customers and felt the need to purposely make fun of my coworker who has a foren name i felt this as racist and ignerent... after geting my divice back i inspected ot and saw that there was dust and finger prints under the screen.. i was going to let this go when i relised the button was not working and was stuck down when i pointed this out to the associate he stated that i must have broke it (the divicw hadent left the counter at this point) he also told me that to fix it i was going to have to pay for a new screen after saying that this is unfair the associate agreed to fix the isue at no charge.... when i came back a week later to pick up the divice we had the same issue the button would not work properly and the screen had finger prints and dunt under it again at this point i gave up and just did an isurence clame...i got into contact with the the owner to let them know what isues i had had and he stated he wanted to see me in person to talk about any probloms and see if he could personaly resolve them...this was aperintly a lie i tryed to call or text him on the day we were soposed to meet to conferm the time he finaly replyed 4 hours later saying he had other plans and that he didnt appreciate the calls... finely i was offer a refund of my money.... but the fact that my divice wasnt ever fixed my time was waisted my friend and coworker was belitled and i was treated like trash i could defanetly recommend not going to the eureka location.... read more

Over priced compared to the radioshack fix it guy, had my battery replaced and guy quoted me $75 dollars approx. charged me $70 cool but thats not the issue, he replaced the battery but ended up not putting new adhesive on so the battery stuck to the old adhesive for maybe a week, long story short my battery kept disconnecting which caused it to destroy the battery by shorting it so the charge doesn't last, went back to the place explained situation but said i would have to replace it and pay for it again, went to radio shack, way cheaper, paid only half what i paid at iexperts, and he actually had adhesive to put on it, said its important to have it on there so the battery doesn't bounce around in the extra space and said that the last guy who did the replacement didn't do that, long story short I'm out around $100+ dollars when i should have just went to radio shack first, would have saved me a lot of money read more

At first I was stoked that iexperts had a refurbished sprint phone on hand that I could use to replace my lost phone, but when I tried to set it up it didn't have the sim card. Alright, no prob I called Sprint and they sent me a sim card asap. I put that sucker in the phone and called to activate the phone and what do you know? This phone is reported stolen! Who sells a phone to a customer and hasn't checked to see if it has been reported stolen? To add icing to the cake the dude gave me the wrong charger for this phone. All sorts of unprofessional people working at this Eureka location. I realize that the one guy is new, but the one training him should be double checking his work. read more

Brought phone there, because screen was cracked. Everything else on my phone worked perfectly. Got phone back, camera doesn't work, screen had a line though it. Had to go next day to base store, in Arcata, he replaced screen, but wanted to charge to reconnect the camera the person at the mall disconnected. Long story short, I did not want to pay the extra $50. The new screen must have been cheap or something, it re broke with in days. Never will use again. read more
