No company would even explore my location due to the work and complications of our mountainous terrain. My inquiry for internet was taken seriously and they sent a top notch person here to scope the location. They bent over backwards with the 'how we can help', 'what we can do' and 'what we need to do to accomplish this'. My business was valued and I have been using this company for over a year. HAPPILY. This is a 'get what you pay for' company and their continued service shines through making the value for my dollar appreciated. Because of my location I have had a couple of issues come up and am always taken care of promptly and somehow, magically, they do it the same day. I am always successful trying to reach someone and if they have to call you back...then they do! A few of my neighbors have been able to get internet too. Helping a few families be able to continue to work from home. If I ever have to move, I would do anything to bring my service with me as their support spoils me. Daniel is a hero in our house. He made a special trip to look at our generator on his way home…read moretonight, and discovered the issue. He methodically went from component to component, verifying each one before moving on - yes it needs a new carburetor, but he got it started. When we get the carb in, he will install and away we go. Until then we will run on propane as he recommended. Thank you to Daniel for going out of your way tonight to help me. We got the carb in, and called Daniel back. he came last evening on his way home again, and discovered the carb was slightly wrong, but made it work anyway. He then worked on the propane (it's dual fuel) to see why that wouldn't run - this was not part of the request, but he didn't want to leave it not fully functional. He fixed that too. I was short on funds and he was gracious to wait until I could come up with it (we are current now). I mentioned we had a different issue with some fuel - and he asked if I wanted him to look at it - well, duh, so he opened the petcock and it had a lot of water in the tank - so he gave suggestions how to go about getting the water out then how to treat the fuel still in the tank. I appreciate Daniel going beyond to help. In the few interactions I've had, he is quite responsible and cares for the people who hire him. I have another generator that he will also look at, but I was more neglectful with it. But that's my responsibility. I hope he can work magic anyway, but if he can't, at least this other genny is running very well. I highly recommend him.

I've just had a new propane range installed, and Thomas Gamble did a terrific job. He rescheduled the job with no hassle when the original date didn't work out. He was helpful and friendly and clearly knew his job. He devised a way to extend my gas line that was much quicker and simpler than I had anticipated. I've had the same experience with drivers Butch and now Maurine and others in the company I've dealt with.
