Whether you just need a notary or if you need to sort out some sort of complex bureaucratic problem he is great. Without Mr. Lamport the process would have been impossible.

This post office serves as the lifeline to a remote community, and a hub for a huge number of people. Mail service is only along Branscomb and the 101, so everyone else in the area depends on this post office. For the volume of mail, packages and services provided on a consistent basis, I have to say I'm grateful and appreciative of their efforts. Does everything always work out and go according to plan? No. That never happens anywhere. I've lived in an insane number of cities and towns, and have consistently used PO Boxes, as well as Personal Mailbox Services like Mailboxes Etc and the UPS Store. In the game of shipping and logistics, things happen. That being said, any issues that have come up have always been resolved. I get the impression that everyone there cares and does their best to manage what appears to be a monumental task. Be grateful that we have such a service in a remote location.

The service was stellar and the postmistress was very knowledgeable and informative. The Post Office itself it is cozy. While a small yet busy place it is very well organized. We came into the store tucked away in the shopping center near Rays grocery and were warmly greeted by Garth. I explained the situation and he understood our "mission" and was really helpful. He even enlisted Kai the in-house Nintendo expert to help us figure out why we couldn't get the item in the RL item store. Kai spent the afternoon completing the Nintendo update to test the issue and he gave us his number so we could call back in the afternoon to see if his test worked and it did. We returned the next day to follow their instructions. All details aside, we were successful! The Emerald Technologies team was awesome, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I appreciated their efforts to help me with my limited knowledge of Nintendo.

No company would even explore my location due to the work and complications of our mountainous terrain. My inquiry for internet was taken seriously and they sent a top notch person here to scope the location. They bent over backwards with the 'how we can help', 'what we can do' and 'what we need to do to accomplish this'. My business was valued and I have been using this company for over a year. HAPPILY. This is a 'get what you pay for' company and their continued service shines through making the value for my dollar appreciated. Because of my location I have had a couple of issues come up and am always taken care of promptly and somehow, magically, they do it the same day. I am always successful trying to reach someone and if they have to call you back...then they do! A few of my neighbors have been able to get internet too. I could never go back to a company like Comcast if I lived in town again. Thanks Netlink 101 Team. Your truly the best and you helped keep me employed through the pandemic. Forever grateful.
