Somebody two doors down from my drive up 12 x 24 unit same as unit I rented got broken into and took $4000 worth of electric bikes. I made her aware and said she would handle it, yet a Week after they attempted to break in, still no new protective hardware that is secure to prevent further break-ins.. owner Wendy has a very tone deaf, nonchalant, attitude about it. All in all, very disappointed in Poor Customer Service, without customers why have a business, you might as well hand it over to somebody that will run it properly!!
