We are putting five stars only because we can't put more stars. Our RV broke down on a Saturday, and none of the mobile RV mechanics would return our phone calls. We heard there was an RV store around the corner from Riverwalk RV, so we drove over there. Mike Mendes was there, and after telling him our troubles, he called his wonderful employee Lisa and asked if her husband Mike would come take a look at our RV for us. Mike and Lisa dropped what they were doing and came to help us immediately. Mike was so helpful to us, diagnosing what was more than likely our problem. Our RV had to be towed to Redding, but without Mike's help, we wouldn't have known what to tell Ford, who we were still covered under warranty with.
Mike Mendes has to be one of the hands down most wonderful persons we've ever met. He just glows with happiness. He actually took time after his busy day to stop by our RV site and see what had happened with the other Mike and to give us more helpful advice. We cannot say enough about how wonderful and friendly everybody was in Fortuna during our crises, but no one deserves more thank yous than Mike Mendes and his lovely wife, and his employee Lisa and her amazing husband Mike. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
We would highly recommend this wonderful facility. Looking around as we were there, you can see the pride of ownership that goes into everything there. You could do no better than to give your business to Mendes Mini Storage. read more
