Louis did an amazing job on our carpets!!! I removed most of…read morethe furniture before he arrived but he moved the rest around the room as he cleaned. Most companies won't move a thing out of the way. The owners of our home use a Chem Dry company and said they had the carpets done before they moved out. Left us coupons for that service and said that any other type of carpet cleaning will leave the carpet wet and will never dry in Humboldt. We could see the outline of where there furniture was and a very dirty carpet in the center. Louis runs his extractor at high speed and places industrial fans in the room when he is done. The carpets are practically dry when he left. I was able to walk on them in my socks and my feet are not wet. It looks 100% better and we will be using Daisy Fresh from here on!

I thought A-1 did a good job, then Daisy Fresh was my favorite for a while, and Hammer's Deep Steam did a really good job getting out an unreasonable stain after a couple of attempts ... but ALL of the stains they could not remove after several attempts were vanquished! by George. I walked into an absolutely gorgeous house thinking the white carpet had been replaced! My entire experience with Heaven's Best was perfect. And the cost is carefully calculated and entirely reasonable. I don't usually leave reviews ... especially because I don't want this business to get so popular that they are too busy to schedule me ... but I really was impressed and think this 'shout-out' is the least I can do for having such great care taken on my behalf.

This company is completely dishonest. Don't be scammed by Payes. They are anything but reliable. We…read morehired them a few years back to deep clean the urine saturated carpets in our newly purchased home. They assured us over the phone that their cleaning process was "very effective" in removing urine odors. They came in, cleaned the carpets and the carpets smelled fragrant when they were finished. We moved all of our belongings into the house and within a week the odor was back full force. We had to move all our belongings back out and hire a flooring company to re-carpet our newly "cleaned" floors at an additional cost of nearly $3,000. When we contacted Payes and asked for a refund or discount they basically said "tough luck". The owner himself returned my call and said their work was not guaranteed and that we should have re-carpeted to get rid of urine stains. I asked him why his company hadn't told me that before we hired them. He asked if we had signed anything guaranteeing the odor would be removed. We hadn't of course because we had taken their word for it and trusted them. He refused to even give us a partial refund. If Payes would have been honest with us about the urine odors before we hired them we would have saved ourselves the nearly $300 we paid them. They wouldn't even make it right with us afterwords. They are a terrible company. We will never use them again and my parents who own several rentals have also quit using this business.
