Would give zero stars if I could. Do not recommend!! Showed up two hours late and then had the audacity to say HIS time is valuable. When I brought it up he raised his voice and got incredibly defensive, rude and condescending. Threatening and entitled attitude. Exhibited erratic and sociopathic behavior. I was scared! Wound up asking him to leave. As a young women, my friend and I (who is 8 months pregnant) were really shaken up when he left. Told my landlord a COMPLETELY different story, that the floors didn't need work...even though he told us they needed a lot of cleaning and his urine detector machine went off constantly. Dishonest! Before finding Jeremy, I tried several other companies, and not a one of them left my carpets clean. I have light beige/white Berber carpet in a rental unit. When Carpet Wizard is done, these 20-year-old carpets look almost new. Service is beyond excellent and the price is very reasonable. They were very thorough even through and free extras that normally I would have to pay for through other companies also cleaned my baseboards for free what a plus! Spent less money compared to other places very responsive with phone calls! This is my new go to carpet cleaning place unfortunately I've had bad experiences with other ones like a one carpet cleaning called them two times still have not called me back! Called this past Tuesday to schedule an appointment, spoke with the owner Jeremy. We made an appointment for Thursday morning at 9am. Now I realize that many people work on Humboldt Time (always late or slow) so I expected him to be late, but it was now 10am on Thursday and no sign of this carpet company. So I called Jeremy and he said that he forgot to put me on his schedule and "there must have been a mistake". He said he could be out here later in the day but there isn't any guarantee on when, he was down in Ferndale. Called A-1 Cleaning Service and told them that I got stood up by Carpet Wizard and they said they will have someone come out ASAP this afternoon, they even had the contractor who will be doing the job call me to make sure of the address and check on a good number to reach me at. Since I left this review over a year ago he could have easily just written me off as a dissatisfied customer who probably had long forgotten about this (which was partly true, I had forgotten about it).
