She is very detail oriented and went in to get all the nook and crannies that I didn't even know were dirty. She has options of using an organic cleaner or traditional ones which is great for my dogs and cats and my allergies. She used some cleaner and managed to scrub off the stain I couldn't get out in the shower which was very impressive. It made my home looks like the first day I moved in. She was very efficient with her time (not hourly so no need to worry about running the clock) and did not bother me while she was there cleaning. A very professional cleaner would recommend to anyone that needs help around the house and a very satisfied customer!!!

At first it seemed like they were doing a great job. All of the guys were friendly and seemed professional. They completed our roof and were coming back the next day to clean up the mess that was left in the yard. It rained overnight and I woke up to water coming in our bathroom heating vent. There was a huge water stain on the ceiling of our bedroom as well. They also used long nails which came through the ceiling of our front porch. They did come and snip off the nails so that was better. Mark wasn't super pleasant to work with after this point and would only take $200 off of the price because that is what it would cost to paint the ceiling, which was popcorn so just painting over it didn't seem like a great idea. They had to set up fans in the attic to help it dry out. Fast forward 6 years to last week. We had a great deal of rain, and I arrived home from work to find water dripping from our kitchen light fixture. We looked at the contract and realized there was only a five-year warranty. We should have been more cautious and gone with someone with a better warranty. Well, we had to climb up on the roof and found that the 'tar' around the exhaust fan pipe had shriveled and cracked. We were able to purchase some stuff at ACE and repair it ourselves. I do not recommend this company. We wish we had used someone more established.

The equipment included scaffolding with some well-done ground-level engineering for level and stable footing on our sloped lot. The preparations included much masking and some disassembly of gutters and downspouts, all of which was done with skill and patience. The painting itself was all beautifully done with proper equipment and skilled technique: siding, windows, doors, gutters/downspouts, decks, deck rail and fencing...
