This is a horrible company. It took Ben and his assistant 4 hours to clean 2 bathrooms and the…read morefridge. The house was not dirty. They charged $40 each per hour. Ben took the whole 4 hours to clean the master bathroom. My property manager arrived right after and found he did not clean behind the door or toilet. My wife and I could have done the whole home in 2 hours, but we're exhausted from moving. When asked, Ben said the job would take 3 more hours, at least. Plus, the windows would be another job. After being charged $340 dollars for 2 bathrooms and a fridge, we will now have to pay for whatever the property manager's cleaners have to do. Very unprofessional. Go to a reputable company that does not charge by the hour. In addition, I held back on posting everything, but when they decided to respond with false information, I felt the need to update my post on what you can expect if you are unhappy with their service. However, first, we lived in this house for 1 year. It was cleaned regularly but had not been lived in for almost a month when the cleaners came to do their work. Moreover, the employees knew the timeline that day and decided on their own not to work smarter and get everything done in 4.5 hours. I would like to repeat the owner worked on the master bathroom for 4.5 hours and my property manager still found spots missed behind the toilet and behind the door. Bonus, after being told they had 4.5 hours to do the work, about 1.5 hours into the work we were given our first, it will take at least 7 hours. They are paid hourly- each. Convenient. After posting my original review, I received several phone calls over the next week from Redwood Cleaning Company. I would not answer, but the phone calls persisted. Then the texts starting coming in. For days, we were told that we had miserable lives and we were a scam. We were told we were evil people and karma would come get us. Proceed with caution when working with this company.

A huge disappointment - I thought we had landed a great cleaning crew. Nope.
