Hands down the best! I found this company though Google and I was not disappointed. The owner was quick to call can after leaving a message and got me on the books within the next couple of weeks during the busy season(I wasn't in a rush to get it done, I called a month earlier than when I needed it done by). The day started with the owner respecting my time and calling to notify me he was going to be a couple minutes late due to the previous job going longer to expected and showed up about 5 mins later than scheduled time. The job consisted of cleaning a microfiber (only those that own this terrible fabric know what a chore this is) couch and loveseat and a 1964 cast iron tub/tile shower with a serious moldy grout issue. I'm so embarrassed on how dirty my couches got between toddlers, cats, dogs, they are well loved. HE GOT THEM LOOKING BRAND NEW AGAIN! The shower obviously doesn't look brand-new cause it's crazy old but it looks spectacular as well (I forgot to get before pics). And he did it all in matter of a couple of hours and at a great price! Louis did an amazing job on our carpets!!! I removed most of the furniture before he arrived but he moved the rest around the room as he cleaned. Most companies won't move a thing out of the way. The owners of our home use a Chem Dry company and said they had the carpets done before they moved out. Left us coupons for that service and said that any other type of carpet cleaning will leave the carpet wet and will never dry in Humboldt. We could see the outline of where there furniture was and a very dirty carpet in the center. Louis runs his extractor at high speed and places industrial fans in the room when he is done. The carpets are practically dry when he left. I was able to walk on them in my socks and my feet are not wet. It looks 100% better and we will be using Daisy Fresh from here on! read more

In the move, he inadvertently broke off the UHF antenna connector in my two month old 50" 4k HDTV. I called him in a panic. He returned my call that night and said he would make it right. I was hesitant to get it repaired but decided to give him a chance to fix it, since he had experience with electronics. He disassembled it, soldered and tested it in a professional manner. Not only did he fix it, but he insisted on returning the check I had paid him for his services. I said no, but he said it was a lesson for him, and to pay for my troubles. Needing carpet cleaning (long overdue!) so went online to see what was out there. Saw the picture with the Daisy Fresh truck (and Louis, too) and that was all it took. Called and made an appointment for the next week. Louis showed up exactly on time-cleaned two carpeted rooms and an area rug/runner. Took about an hour or so but it looked and smelled great afterward! Very pleased with the work and the price. Just for reference, the area rug dried pretty much overnight. The two rooms were damp for about a day and completely dry on day two. I have a dehumidifier running constantly as my house holds the moisture, it was February AND this is Humboldt County. He is professional in looks and quality of work, extremely well versed in the 'tricks' that all carpet 'masters' should know, and is certainly the hardest working person in the carpet cleaning business. While I was at work, Louis followed my wife's direction/requests regarding the carpet, where the heaviest soil was, and how she hoped it would come out. He did the central areas, then moved all of the furniture so he could get the 'under and perimeters' of each room. This was including the Persian style rug in the bedroom, which he cleaned, then rolled up, moved out of the way, then cleaning the room W/W carpet underneath. A serious amount of work, and at a reasonable price! About two days later, I noticed an outline and full throw-rug size stain or discoloration where the Persian had been, and called Louis, and described it. That same day, he rolled up, brought the appropriate equipment out of his van, and worked about an hour on the stain, successfully reducing the discoloration to the point it can hardly be noticed. (I'm afraid the so-called "Persian" bled into the W/W carpet for a l-o-n-g time, and left the discoloration. HEY-what do I know? .. Louis saved yet another day!). I want to applaud the workers at Daisy Fresh Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. Our carpet gets a lot of stains because I sometimes spill my coffee and other things plus we have an older cat that has regular upchucks. We had had our carpet cleaned by other companies from the Eureka area and it never came out smelling or looking clean. The pair of workers that cleaned it yesterday got it spotlessly clean and it smells terrific, and not "chemical laden." They were pleasant in their approach, very clear when communicating with us, and efficiently cleaned our upstairs 2-bedroom apartment quickly. They moved the larger furniture for us to clean underneath, which is essential because we are elders and can't lift or move heavy objects. Both the owner, Louis, and the workers who came out were clear about the cost, which is a little more than we paid the other cleaners in the past. However, we got such a good job that we were more than happy to pay a little more. It was done in mid-morning and the carpet was completely dry by evening.
