Second time: easy drop off/not so easy pickup (slow-moving trainee who couldn't find one of my items so I had to go back. But we've all been new so understandable ). Approximately April 2024. Third time (today, 1/17/25): painful drop off with the woman who was a trainee in April. Still moving at snail speed and had to ask a colleague for help with a basic question posed by the person in front of me. When it was finally my turn to drop off some wool and cashmere sweaters, this happened: She looked at one sweater and said "is that dog hair?" I looked at the sweater, which maybe had a dozen dog hairs on it, and said yes. She then said dog hair makes her gag and someone else would need to take over, but that she was the only one there today. I told her that was an unfortunate condition to have in a job like hers. She then took it but tried to charge me extra for deep-cleaning it. I looked at her strangely and asked her to help me understand why that sweater, which had no more hair on it than any other (none of which had hardly anything) would require deep cleaning. This request defeated her, and she changed her mind about the extra charge. Conclusion - provided my sweaters are cleaned adequately this time I'll give Norman's another chance. But I'll be looking for another dry cleaner if the customer service continues trending downward

I didn't pay attention to whether or not quarters were an option, as I don't like having to get cash, which I rarely carry, and change it to coins. There were a lot of machines, but the size of the place is deceptive because about 1/3 of the washers and 1/2 of the dryers are broken. This meant that even on a day when the place wasn't packed, I still had to watch like a hawk for a dryer because there just aren't enough for everyone. Either way, it's decent for what it is.

No attendant present, thankfully other customers helped me figure out how to use the card since instructions were lacking. The dryer only works in 10 min intervals, then you have to re start with your card for another 10 mins! Customers are stuck in a most inhospitable laundry mat,timing your own loads ( thats right,no count down timer for you or others to see when your load is done,but it won't be done you'll have to pay again) running over to tap your card every ten minutes on each dryer you use. If this is your best, this is not the profession for you. You are failing big time. The customers you should be serving deserve so much better.

The high quality work and attention to detail is truly remarkable. During our initial phone call, she took the time to answer all of my questions and didn't rush me. She didn't pressure me to go with her, made me feel comfortable and said she would be able to fit me in just in time for my wedding. My first fitting was such a positive experience! She is incredibly bright and insanely talented. She is friendly and personable. When I went to the second fitting to pick up my dress, I was truly stunned.
