This meant that even on a day when the place wasn't packed, I still had to watch like a hawk for a dryer because there just aren't enough for everyone. Either way, it's decent for what it is.

No attendant present, thankfully other customers helped me figure out how to use the card since instructions were lacking. The dryer only works in 10 min intervals, then you have to re start with your card for another 10 mins! Customers are stuck in a most inhospitable laundry mat,timing your own loads ( thats right,no count down timer for you or others to see when your load is done,but it won't be done you'll have to pay again) running over to tap your card every ten minutes on each dryer you use. If this is your best, this is not the profession for you. You are failing big time. The customers you should be serving deserve so much better.

Unfortunately, every visit has been frustrating because the employees consistently come across as uninterested, unhelpful, and like they don't want to be there. On my most recent visit, I told an employee that I wanted to pay for transfer service because I had my two young kids with me and didn't want to have to come back. Instead of explaining the process or telling me what I needed to do next, she provided no guidance at all. It felt like helping customers was an inconvenience. Their transfer service only covers six loads, but I had seven she said they would charge me $2 extra which I said was fine. Because many of the machines were already full, I had to use several smaller washers, which made the situation even more complicated. A little communication and customer service would have gone a long way. My husband usually handles the laundry, and he has complained about the same issues multiple times, so this isn't an isolated experience. We have tried giving this place multiple chances, but after repeated poor customer service, we won't be coming back. Management should consider hiring employees who are willing to help customers and take pride in their work.

The high quality work and attention to detail is truly remarkable. During our initial phone call, she took the time to answer all of my questions and didn't rush me. She didn't pressure me to go with her, made me feel comfortable and said she would be able to fit me in just in time for my wedding. My first fitting was such a positive experience! She is incredibly bright and insanely talented. She is friendly and personable. When I went to the second fitting to pick up my dress, I was truly stunned. I have never used the word "snatched" before, but she made me look "snatched". I never wanted to take my gown off. She transformed it into a work of art. My mom needed help when steaming my dress on the day of my wedding, and I didn't know what to do. I gave her my phone and had her call Carole. She worked with my budget and listened to what I wanted and made something I didn't even know what was possible happen. Her studio is very clean and gorgeous. She guided me on how to travel to Mexico with my dress and gave me the confidence to do so. I am so over the moon that I was able to wear my mom's dress for my mom and the rest of my family in Mexico.
