The woman that runs this place is generally very rude. Upon multiple occasions she has treated myself and my husband poorly even though we are long term customers that always pay on time. Recently, after waiting for a larger storage to come available I was told if I didn't come pay for it in cash THAT day she would sell it out beneath me! Even after I offered to pay over the phone via credit she refused me, all because I'm on a family vacation for another couple of days out of the state. Not a good way to do business.

Then saw one positive Google review for Fields Landing Storage and gave them a try. Pam, the office manager, was very helpful getting us set up. The facility is very well maintained and clean; we met the owner one day when he was walking around picking up those nails and screws that always seem to fall in parking lots. He was friendly and conscientious. Even though it isn't in Eureka, it's a straight shot down Highway 101 so it was a quick drive. If I needed to rent storage space again, I would definitely use Fields Landing.
