We came into the store tucked away in the shopping center near Rays grocery and were warmly greeted by Garth. I explained the situation and he understood our "mission" and was really helpful. He even enlisted Kai the in-house Nintendo expert to help us figure out why we couldn't get the item in the RL item store. Kai spent the afternoon completing the Nintendo update to test the issue and he gave us his number so we could call back in the afternoon to see if his test worked and it did. We returned the next day to follow their instructions. All details aside, we were successful! The Emerald Technologies team was awesome, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I appreciated their efforts to help me with my limited knowledge of Nintendo.

She gave me a zip---we'll see if the card is received. She was very nice though. The actual Post Office is tiny though. I heard birds when I was at the counter. I don't know if they were caged or whether, a crow/pigeon family was camped out in the attic above. I love small towns.

The Arcata post office always has friendly workers who try hard to help you whenever I come to mail a letter. Even though sometimes there can be a line, I have never experienced too long of a line or too long of a wait at this post office. They also have pretty good prices if you do need to purchase extra things like bubble wrap or whatever. It is a small post office, but hey this is a small town!
