The employee David asked for my son's pass code which is shady and security risk and also said I should not turn on "maintenance mode" which is for Samsung phones for security and privacy when getting repairs done. All of this has been super shady and dishonest. Then he lied saying he told me on the phone it was not official parts... which is a lie because he did not and the law still says it has to be in writing. Seems they have shady cons going on here. I came in with a screen glitch on my iPhone. This was stressful for me as my medical device is fully controlled from my phone. (Before anyone comes at me, yes I have backup options, they just are not as effective.) The young man quoted me and told me to come back in a couple hours. I expressed my concern with it controlling my medical device and he told me he would get it done ASAP. I sat in the shop and read my book while the shop kitty slept in my lap. What I witnessed over the next hour was impressive to say the least. He was the only employee. Person after person poured into the shop. One after the other he took the time to address what they needed and was polite and patient with them even when the person did not deserve it. He finished my replacement in an hour. An hour, that's it. In that hour not only did he replace my screen beautifully, he answered the phone, assisted customers with finding products, assisted customers with their phone issues, and answered customer questions. This young man did the job of at least four employees. I regret that I did not catch his name. If the business sees this review, I was there on 6/25/26 from 4pm-5pm. If anyone from that date and time leave a poor review on the business, please feel free to assume they are the customers that did not deserve this young man's patience or politeness. I think prices may be a bit higher than what you can get around town, but he is using the authentic Apple parts. He openly told me once I can shop around and probably find a lower price but to "pay attention to [such and such] and ask if they're using [whatever method or part] as they can charge less if they do it that way but it could make an inferior repair." Maybe I'm just being fooled, but it doesn't seem like it to me! If anything is ever wrong (rare), I'm confident he will make it right because I've experienced it. After getting the back replaced, there was a smudge or speck behind one of the camera lenses. I called, and the repair technician took care of it right away. Of course, this means it wasn't perfect the first time, but we are working with humans after all! Making it right with no trouble speaks volumes.
