Terrance is AWESOME!!! He was able to come out right away after we called, and gave us a quote right then and there. We had a large amount of brush that my husband had cleared from our property last year. We had gotten a quote from one company that was so high we couldn't justify spending that amount of money and figured we would find a way to take care of it ourselves, and another company was a no-show after scheduling a time for a quote. Excellent in all aspects! Firstly, Terrence was the most polite, professional and responsible businessman with whom we dealt in quite some time. He initially returned our email request for a quote within 5 minutes. He called within the hour to set up an appointment. And, he was able to come to our house the same afternoon! We were looking for someone to haul away our landscaping debris and called TNT in the morning. Terrance answered the phone and said he would be by by 12:30 pm to give us a quote.
