When I 1st hired them I gave them a time of 2pm to show up. The next couple of days, I realized that 2pm wasn't going to get it. I wound up changing the time on them 2X more and finally settled for 8:30 to have them show up. The day of the job they were here on time. I showed them what I wanted done and they went right to work. I did check on their progress and was quite impressed. They had 4 loads for the dump. By the end of the day, I asked them about coming back again in about 3 days as the one guy that still had stuff out there wasn't finished.
