Fantastic customer service. I purchased a gameboy game that needed some tlc. Unfortunately, one of the functions didn't work and they gladly let me return it. I was super glad how fast they did the return and that they were going to refurbish the item even more and make it like new. I'm hoping I can get back in and purchase it before somebody else gets their hands on this relic. Fun store. Lots of affordable goodies read more

The guy I talked to was Rude, and had no consideration for me nor the transaction I was negotiating. I am sure that I got ripped off. Don't even go in there. Shop around the other pawn shops. The worst deal you can get would be from Bob's. read more

Service is fine, but prices are wild here for certain items! Some of the items are priced more than they cost new. Make sure you look up prices online before you buy anything to make sure you aren't being taken advantage of. read more

Went in to get a bracelet looked at, service was absolutely rude. Felt the gentleman's homophobia help with that. There was no conversing he threw my 1ctw natural diamond bracelet on the scale like it was fake, then handed it back to me after saying "he can't help me with that" like I was a zombie was so disgusting and rude. read more

Stopped in here looking for loose diamonds in order to make a pair of diamond studs. At this time they did not have any loose diamonds in stock. Instead I found an exquisite 1/2 carat solitaire engagement ring with a VS quality clarity (near perfect) which caught my eye. I was totally in love with the diamond, as well as the asking price, but did not want the thin gold band. The boss was very accommodating and said he would take the diamond out of the setting. We negotiated a hella deal, much lower than the initial cost. I am very happy pleased! Hip hip hooray. If you are looking for great deals on diamonds checkout the local jewelers, on line venues like bluenile.com, eBay, Craigslist etc, then hightail it straight to this pawn shop and congratulate yourself on finding the best deal ever. read more

I had a 21 inch gold three link figaro necklace that I had pawned there for several years with no trouble. I couldnt find my pawn ticket and went in to check on the date. I dont believe I.was late! They informed me I was late but they never sent me a letter. I had changed my address there several months before but all they had was a 2 year old address for me. It was a week past the grace period (supposedly)and he said he had already sent it out( appraisal?) and had sold it which seemed pretty fast .turnaroumd to me especially when he had told me the previous time I went in that they, were having trouble getting things in the store to sell. Their business was having it tough with the Coronavirus payments going out to people. Somebody deleted it from their computer or didnt enter it right but I guest doeent matter who or why Im out an necklace that will cost at least 1500 for me to replace but probanly closer to 2000 which I cant afford and he got it for 90 bucks. I will never be back. I have always got better prices when looking for things to buy across town at Humboldt Bay Trade and Pawn anyway. Now they will get all my business and Bob can kiss my ass! read more

Great shop! I sure wish they would post some information about their future plans concerning hours of operation during this Outbreak! They have a sign stating why they've closed but nothing further! Please, Can someone let us know how long your going to keep our stuff! I agreed to a short loan period and I would really like to have my property back!, I need it especially during this outbreak. This place is a poor excuse for a pawn shop at best, I have given them more than one chance to prove me wrong and they continueisly disappoint. They sell faulty electronic devices and do not informe customers until after a purchase that there are no returns except for store credit and then they RESELL the returned faulty products read more

I was looking for an MP3 player and I had a limited amount of money. I stopped at Bob's to check out their selection. The store was well organized and had a good amount of merchandise without feeling overloaded. It was easy to find the section I was looking for. They were only selling iPods, however, and with the price on the tag I wouldn't have had enough money to cover tax. I started to walk out when a man stepped out from the back and greeted me. I let him know that they had what I wanted but I didn't have quite enough cash to buy it. He walked back to the ipods and we were able to work out a deal. The transaction took only a moment, and I got a better product than I was expecting to purchase. I would definitely recommend this store. read more
