A superb job. Had a project she worked with me on meticulously designing and modifying a series of ideas. I worked with a Haylee. Currently learning though has potential. Even as a learner id say she did a really good job and will work with again. This was a project we worked on months ago. I had some interesting ideas i wanted to pan out but it had not entirely come of fruition (as she is learning however she showed she wanted to do her best and communicated with me whenever i had inquiries.) Although some ideas didnt pan out completely as i had hoped for the item in question is superb and if i have the time ill come in and work towards rethinking certain avenues and tune the finer details with the new skills she has aquired. Although currently learning if you work alongside this person actively conceptualizing whatever you want then this is worth your time and money. She walked me through step by step and explained the pricing and went through showing me her resources for obtaining the precious metals. read more

Bonnie has done three difficult jobs for us and has excelled every time. The most recent was a gold pendant with a heart-shaped diamond, two rubies for our 40th anniversary and four small diamonds, cast using the gold from a ring that was my mother's. We are pleased and impressed with both the process of working with Bonnie and with the exceptional results of her work. Any of the three jobs Bonnie completed with great success could have "gone sideways" in the hands of a jeweler with less skills or less concern for her customers. Whiplash Curves customer service unfortunately has gone down hill since it was bought out by the two new owners. I have been waiting for over 1 year for a current wedding ring appraisal for my insurance. I have called numerous times and keep getting the excuse that the person who does appraisals is sick and hasn't been able to get to it. They didn't even bother to call me to let me know. They should just be upfront if it is beyond their ability to do and not just keep dragging people along by not being honest. Would never do business with them again. Will go to Ten Windows Williams Jewelers instead. What kind of jewlery store doesn't have an appraiser available for over 1 year? read more

This place does not care about their customers and and has a terrible turnaround time. They treated my fiancé with a lot of disrespect. They don't know how to work with you to find your best options for your bone structure and tastes. They only spend time with people with gobs of money to spend. We were put on a list and didn't get our order for six months (even after a few meetings) so we had to cancel our purchase. Two words: Blue Nile. Much better service and twice the quality. I am a supporter of local businesses, but not in this case. I wish I had my six months back. read more
