I picked up the repairs many weeks later on a day I was leaving town and didn't realize the appraisals were missing. Called & left a message with no reply. Reached them today and I described the woman who took my order and asked the new owners to ask for her & their response was basically well the appraisals were not on your receipt so you are just out of luck. We don't care what you say you were promised. They didn't even ask the employee- who was so nice. Well I l USED to be a customer here but won't be going back- sad- the prior owner and employees there had been so nice!!

They also have a large wall of food items, from companies in Humboldt County, including bagel toppings from Los bagels, marinara sauce from Tomaso's. , (I don't know if this is the same Tomaso's that ran the tomato pie restaurant or not...) and lots of other things.
