This review is based on the service received from our technician that came out Henry. Henry was fantastic from start to finish. He was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable of everything that was happening with our furnace. We have an older system and Henry was able to come out and replace our igniter so that we could have heat. He had to return a second time, same day, much to our dismay because after he installed the igniter the pilot wouldn't stay lit. My husband was upset and even sent a very thorough text message to the company about the cost paid for services that we felt had not been rendered. Henry came back with the same upbeat attitude and made sure he knew everything was on working order and thoroughly explained what was causing the issues. We had no more problems after that. I do agree that the cost for the service is expensive, however, I'm big on customer service and it is because of Henry that we will be repeat customers. Great customer service goes a long way especially in this day and age. Thank you Henry! You were awesome!! read more

Contacted Nate through Costco Kiosk regarding quote for A/C & Furnace units. He was professional, knowledgeable & answered all our questions; a very personable guy who we liked immediately! The quote was very good & Costco's incentives were as always great! Install day came and we were astonished at how thorough and complete everything was handled; crews came and went throughout the whole day and everyone was extremely professional and helpful! Highly recommend them!!!!! read more

First of all Robby our Design specialist was very knowledgeable in what we needed. He even scheduled us for a next day installation. Nate and David came the next day to install our new HVAC System and Duct work. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. Our home was built in 1901 and the Furnace and Duct work was underneath the House, where Nate and David had to work in the crawl space underneath. These guys were awesome. It took 3 days to install the entire system and every time they came from underneath the house all dusty and dirty they remained professional and courteous. These guys are the best! Nate who likes to talk made us feel comfortable with our decision on getting the new system. (Lol Nate shared with us he likes to talk so I thought I just throw it in here! Hopefully he reads this) Nate & David gave us valuable information on our system we needed to know and we couldn't be more happier with our new system, Especially purchasing and having it installed by Burgeson's. If I could Rate more than Five Stars we would!! read more

Recently moved into a four year old house and unfortunately have had numerous problems. One of the frustrating ones was a rather annoying "hum" in the pipes when turning on the water at any faucet. While the house had a whole home water filtration system, you could hear that system vibrating. I decided to replace it with the Halo System. Within a week, Burgesons sent an awesome plumber (Ryan Crawford) out to install it. When he arrived he found a couple of issues, no drain pipe and no electrical. He phoned his boss (Travis) and they sent two electricians (Manny Oropeza) and Taylor (didn't get his last name). They installed the electrical and Ryan did the drain pipe. They did not charge me for the extra work. You have no idea how incredibly grateful I am. Being on a fixed income, especially now days with costs of everything going up, it feels like I hit the lottery. Thank you all for your great work. read more

I just had AC installed in whole house for my parents and went with Burgesons. Everything from the very beginning was easy and pleasant. Dustin came out to explain to us what we needed and how everything was going to be installed etc. He was great and obviously we went with him because he was knowledgeable and charismatic. From signing the papers install began the following week and the guys were finished in two days. The manger for our job was Nick and he was a DOLL! We loved having him and his crew here. They did a great job and we are kinda bummed that we don't need them anymore lol We would highly recommend them to any of our family and friends in a heartbeat! read more

Just want to say we have always had great service with Burgeson's Heating & Air Conditioning in Redlands . We have been long time customers, having two locations. Today was no different and in fact Daniel, the young technician who worked on the equipment at both locations, was exceptional. We had our regular six month maintenance check and issues noted during the last check were explained and discussed without pressure. His clear explanation of each issue was very much appreciated and all problems at both locations were quickly resolved. Thank you Daniel for your work today. Lorrie D. read more

Our HVAC system was needing to be replaced badly, after calling several places and getting many quotes we noticed Costco was having a special on HVAC, they sent Randy over to go over our options. He took his time and was straight forward not trying to push us into something we didn't need. One of the first things we noticed was the level of professionalism from the extra steps taken not to dirty our carpet to the typed and printed estimate of work. Once everything was a go Josh and Andrew arrived bright and early to remove our old system and install not only a new HVAC but also to add additional vents. They were professional and respectful and did amazing work. We also decided to upgrade our electrical panel box and the electricians Carlos and his helper did another amazing job. The whole project was done in 2 days and we are so happy we went with Burgeson's read more

Just want to recognize the crew from Burgeson's for their outstanding work at our home this week. We had the furnace, A/C unit, and ductwork replaced. The crew demonstrated a great work ethic combined with true craftsmanship. Also they are good people to work with. We enjoyed their company. They reflect well on the level of professionalism that Burgeson's represents. We are completely satisfied with our new system. I couldn't recommend a company higher than yours. read more

Well, unfortunately we had to purchase a new A/C......so we called Burgeson. Andy came and sat with us and explained everything and of course we had questions. He was so pleasant and professional and answered every question we had...I believe he has been with the company 30 plus years! That was a Thursday maybe and that following Monday the crew, Jeremy, John and Devon came. We cannot say enough about that crew!!! Polite, personable and professional. Explained every single thing they were gonna do and of course answered more questions! 2 1/2 days to complete! THIS is the company you want to go with!!! 5 starts guys!!!!! You are soooo awesome! Thanks!!!! read more

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent Service! Henry P. With Burgeson's Heating and Air Conditioning is one of the best service technicians ever. When our a/c was on the fritz, Henry came in and saved the day. He was prompt, efficient, fast and friendly. What more can you ask for? Henry explained what he did every step of the way and more sure that everything was working well, and made sure that our family was satisfied with the service. Thanks so much Henry and thanks Burgeson's for hiring such an awesome employee. I recommend Burgeson's Heating & Air Conditioning for your a/c needs. read more

I just purchased a new Lennox AC / heating unit from Burgeson's and I couldn't be happier. The crew that they have are the best in the business. Starting with Andy who made me feel very comfortable with that whole process from start to finish he was there every step. The installers Justin, John and Brett were very much hands on and took the time to explain any questions I might of had and were very accommodating with any request that I had. The electricians Mike and Carlos did a great job installing a new box and making sure that everything was working properly.... ( I now have a pool light that works) .... (sorry Randy!!!) I would highly recommend Burgeson's any day of the week, BRING ON THE SUMMER !!!! Thank you Don B. read more

I went to Burgeson's when I needed a new A/C system and ducting about ten years ago. I opted for the Lennox Signature system and have never been disappointed. Since then Burgeson's has been to my house twice a year to service my system. Their technicians are always courteous and professional. They have also been to my house twice when, after a power outage, my system needed a reset. They did not charge me for these visits. Burgeson's is simply the BEST without question. I am giving them the highest rating possible because they deserve it! If you have any A/C or heating needs, you will not find a better company. There is a reason they've stayed in business for over 70 years. Burgeson's is the best. Bar none. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this company. My HVAC went out on Thursday afternoon Kevin came over that night to give me a quote and the new system was installed on Sunday. I am so impressed that they were able to move this fast in the middle of summer during a heat wave. The installers were great! They showed up on time and did great work. I would highly recommend Burgeson's. read more

I want to thank Andrew from Burgeson's, who just fixed our air conditioner, for providing such great service. He was early, which was amazing, very friendly and efficient. If we ever have a problem again, we are definitely calling Burgeson's. read more

Great customer service and professional staff! Nate explained the whole process to us when we met for the sales meeting to review our options and he got us into a plan that worked for our financial situation. Nate got us onto the schedule immediately which was necessary in the current heat. The past three days we had the pleasure of inviting Josh and Noah into our home to install our new HVAC System. Being that we have lived in the high desert for 11 years with no AC is beyond me! The guys did a fantastic job and were so kind, respectful, and professional. They worked so hard to install the system and took the time to explain to us what was happening and what to expect putting our minds at ease through the whole process. I highly recommend these gentlemen and hope their careers prosper! read more

I just want to say how wonderful it was working with this company. The process from start to finish was seamless. I couldn't believe how professional, courteous, and hard working Dustin (Salesman) and the installers were. I would recommend Burgeson's to anyone looking to upgrade their units! read more

HVAC system works beautifully. Very very quiet. Amazing for a 5 ton unit. Installers were professional and respective of our property. Arrived on time and knew what they were doing. Good crew. read more

Bought a new home last year and got signed up with Burgeson's top tier service maintenance agreement this past week - living in Yucaipa we got Lance, came out on Friday and was kind enough to show me everything about his service routine. Preventative maintenance is a must, even with a home warranty. We lived in Las Vegas for 8yrs so I completely understand the wear and tear hvac systems take. A+ for the crew answering the phone and scheduling. If you're in the Inland Empire call them ASAP! read more

Received a 60 day Past Due bill for service that was never provided and never even knew this bill even existed. How can Burgeson's Heating and Air get away with billing people for no work. Horrible customer service! read more

Don in the Parts Department for Burgeson's recently gave outstanding customer service above and beyond. They did not have the part I was looking for in their inventory but Don searched for a source, called back, and recommended Amazon for the fastest availability. The time and effort put forth by Don is a great example of WOW customer service! read more

Burgeson's Heating and Air conditioning did a terrific job. They had a crew come out and installed 2 systems in a day. They left the house cleaner than when they got here. Everyone was so nice and professional. read more

We have been relying on Burgesons for years to maintain our HVAC systems at our house and have always been highly pleased with them. Two days ago their service was taken to an even higher level than expected. Our heater had stopped working and Henry Padilla came out to take a look at it. Not only did he fix our problem in record time but he also took the time to inspect and clean a number of other components in the system. In addition, during our discussion about the system he took the time to explain to me just how the system really works! Nobody had ever explained it before and I was very impressed with the amazing in-depth knowledge he has! What made it even better was that he explained in a way that made it so clear and understandable that I was able to explain it to my wife when she got home.....so now we BOTH understand how the system works. Henry would be a great instructor and is a definite asset to the Burgeson company!!! Thank you Henry for making the experience so enlightening and enjoyable. read more

I have been a Burgeson's customer since 1977 when they serviced the floor furnace in my first home. Two houses later they have replaced a total of three HVAC systems, and more recently done electrical and plumbing work for me. Today they replaced a dying water softener system that came with the house and installed a water treatment system. The technicians, Travis and Michael, arrived early, wore masks, and did a great job. Their supervisor, Todd, came out to check on their progress and wound up installing an electrical outlet closer to the new unit. All were polite, friendly, and thorough. And they cleaned up when they were done. With Burgeson's I know that I will get prompt and competent service. That's why I've been a customer for 44 years. read more

We've been with Berguson's for about 5 years, but we might have to find someone else. Our new thermostat went nuts. It was set on 68 but heated the house to 81. When I called for help, they said they would not be able to come until Friday (a full week away) because that's when they come to the mountains! So don't have an emergency with this company! I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were off but the person on the phone would reach out to them. She came back and said they could be here tomorrow (Sunday) between 9 and 11. We waited...all day. I had to call on Monday and was told there was a miscommunication on their part - and they can be here on Friday! Not the least bit helpful. They did advise us to turn off the unit at the circuit breaker. They obviously do not know what winter nights in the mountains are like. I'm really disappointed. The misfiring thermostat is no fault of ours. On another note, they charge $120.00 extra if they have to put on chains! Wow! Mountain people think again! read more

I needed an A/C compressor replaced and several A/C units serviced prior to turning a leased building over to the property owner. I called Burgeson and was impressed with their responsive, quality service. They earned this five star rating by providing a quick site visit, fair and timely quote, then prioritizing and completing the work in a timely manner. I'll definitely be using Burgeson again for any A/C service that might be needed. read more

Sooooo happy with the service I received from Burgesons. I appreciated all the precautions Juan Franco put into place with the Covid situation. I appreciate everything you do and you have a customer for life. read more

I used a Costco referral for a new heating system in our mountain home. First contacted them in Feb and then In early July we when ahead with unit. The quote and install were top of the mark. Travis and Mike came to my house last week to install a new toilet I purchased. I had questions about installing a water filtration system and before their work was completed, Travis had done an analysis for me, explained what it meant, and what could be done. Completed everything I asked for and the new toilet installation met all my expectations, and more. They were both very professional, friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Thanks Burgeson's for never letting me down with any of the Technicians you send to service my needs. read more

Michael and Travis showed up on time and introduced themselves. They practiced Covid safe procedures at all times and kept my home clean using footwear over their shoes. They didn't quit until they found the issue and that took them quite awhile. I was only charged for diagnostics. I could rave about them all day long! Very reasonable and very knowledgeable. They explained everything and allowed me to take pictures so the original contractor that did the install could fix his mistakes. I will definitely only use this company for my future needs. This company has a class act all the way around, from the first call to the fix! read more

I had service a month ago on my swamp cooler and the guy that came here checked it and told me what it needed and how to do the work like he didn't have the time or interest in doing the work after charging a $100 to inspect plus $200 more to repair, plus he wasn't even prepared with parts to do any repairs. Then I was told by him I would receive a call from your office in setting an appointment in fixing what was told to me from him and it took you guys 2 weeks to call me back and after telling you folks what he told me I was supposed to receive a call from a supervisor and guess what ...no call except a bill for a service that was never done or finished by your lame company that I had to have done by someone else due to you horrible crappy service.I will never even consider in using this company or suggest it to anyone....EVER!...very lame in also sending a bill for service and work that was never done....Shame on you...I would give 0 stars but I guess one will suffice. read more

Burgeson's installed a new Lennox 5-ton system with 3 zones for us this summer as a replacement for our home's original 2006 3-ton and 2-ton units. Great staff did a perfect installation in a single day. The system is quiet and cools so much better than what we had before. Burgeson's projected an electric savings of 35%, and our electric bills are down 36% since installing the new system. Got a huge Costco rebate on the deal too. Extremely happy. read more

I called Burgeson last week for an appointment. They could not get here until this Thursday, about a week. When I made the appointment I was told they would be here between 12 and 3. I asked the receptionist to have the technician bring sealant. She tried to tell me sealant and refrigerant were the same thing. I explained that they were two different things. I asked her if they could recharge the system and install sealant. She stated they could. This morning I emailed the company to confirm my appointment and again asked to have the technician bring sealant. No reply. Because the window of arrival was 3 hours, from 12-3, I waited at home for their arrival all afternoon. At 3:05 I called to ask why no one showed up. She said he was "in route". The technician called at 3:24 to say he would be late. I figured that out when he was not here at 3:00. He arrived at 3:40, 40 minutes after his three hour arrival window had closed, without sealant. He informed me they did not carry sealant. I called the company and explained what happened and all she could say was the receptionists do not know what the technicians can do or not do. FYI Burgeson, train the receptionists to say "I don't know, let me find out and I will let you know" instead of just saying sure we can do it and waste my time as well as theirs. I am a Costco member and tried Burgeson because they are one of the vendors at Costco. I am already to replace my a/c unit even though it is only about 6 years old because about 2 years after I bought it began leaking Freon and no one can (or will) fix it. If I do decide to replace it, I will not be using Burgeson as they are very unprofessional. 40 minutes late arrival even with a 3 hour window and they completely misrepresent themselves just to get your business. read more

It was time for a new water heater. Burgeson's was so quick to give me an estimate and a reasonable one too! Tech came out next day to install. He went over all the new valves and how to use them. Everything was fast, easy and professional. The new water heater is a beauty =) I definitely recommend Burgeson's Heating and Air! read more

Disappointed--We have used Burgeson's since the 60's when it was truly family run and only dealt with Heating and AC. Now, like many companies, have expanded services and the quality and value has gone down the tubes. An electrician serviced our home that was a short in a ceiling light. The tech seemed new and inexperienced. 2 hours later a simple short in a wire turned into a $680 fix. And by the way, the $109 initial service call/diagnostic no longer applies to work done. Invoice showed no breakdown of hourly service/parts. Their excuse was that they use a "national estimate value" for various jobs. This is a ploy (also used by the area plumbers in the 'bright red trucks') to jack up the price. Another time a Burgeson quote to replace my total electrical panel was $2000 over the independent electrician. My advice is to only go with local and "independent" electricians/contractors. I'm afraid Burgeson's is off my list for further services. read more
