Burgeson's installed my home's 40-gallon WATER HEATER on 01/14/21 for $2,495.00. I thought it to be an exorbitant price but I thought B was first class, customer caring so worth it! On 05/03/24, I called B because I was not getting adequate hot water. They said that a WATER CONNECTOR HOSE that connects the Water Heater to the house's water pipes had been leaking and finally broke. Consequently, it FLOODED my home UNDERGROUND causing approx $12,000.00 in damage. I feel the $2,495.00 I paid for the new water heater should have included that HOSE being replaced and updated with the new water heater for a competent, first-class, caring the utmost for your customer job! B had that HOSE on their truck and charged me $ 459.00, an insult to injury, on 5/3/24 to STOP the EMERGENCY FLOODING problem. Frequent text messages to me to keep me updated and confirmed, and when the technician (Gary) showed up, he observed Covid protocols, was polite and genial and professional, and had my heat on within an hour. We received a quote on an air conditioning replacement. The salesman was just that, a salesman. He did not listen to our wants or needs and instead tried to sell us a 30,000 dollar ac system. His reasoning and justification were, "This is what i have in my house." There was no discussion of our price range or needs, just overpriced sales. He also told us, "Just finance it." We finally asked him to quote a basic system, but at this point, we felt everything was overpriced, and he was just trying to get a commission. Found an identical system for half the price. If you love salesmen who are working off commission and love paying far more than what something is worth, this is your place. If you value your money, call anyone else. read more

This company provides great service. The technicians are polite, skilled, considerate and professional. What else can a person want? My a/c went out 06/22/24. Luckily I had a bi-annual checkup scheduled for the next monday. I did call and leave a message that my a/c had stopped working. The Burgeson's technician came out as scheduled on Monday and began checking things. My a/c was still out and we were suffering the heat, especially due to our age in the 80's. Anyway, the tech could find nothing wrong although he did go to our main electric home breaker fox. He did what I had already done. He threw the A/C breaker to the off and back on to the on position. After he did this, he checked power measurements on the A/C breaker and on my a/c unit. He found power measurements and BOOM! My a/c was working!!! What was it? He opined that perhaps my breaker box is getting ready to go out and that he will put it on his invoice info and that Burgeson's would be watchful for this potential problem in the future. read more

Our AC unit fan quit on us this week. We called Burgeson's being they installed our AC unit some years back. Being a returned customer, we got an appointment right away. Our technician was friendly & efficient. Burgeson's charged us a diagnostic fee, parts & labor. I only wish the diagnostic fee was waived if we had it serviced. Most companies will waive that fee off the total invoice. If we did not get it serviced then yes, we would be responsible for the diagnostic fee. My family and I purchased our forever home last year and noticed that we kept sneezing and having frequent allergies and our electricity bill was INSANE. Turns out, the HVAC duct work was disconnected in some areas, dirty and OLD (as in installed back in the 80s when the house was built). This meant our unit was working extra hard just to cool/heat our home, which explains the $$$ electricity bill. We did a few quotes in the area to see how much this job would cost, being that we were new homeowners, we honestly did not know how much this project would cost. Randy inspected our duct work, shared his findings and recommendations. Also gave us our price quote on the spot. He was friendly, professional, on time to our appointment and courteous of our safety with wearing a mask, shoe booties (we have little kids that crawl around) and keeping a safe distance. I was also appreciative that before he brought out his ladder to get up to our attic, he laid out a protective covering on our floor, something the other companies that came out never did. Scheduling our install was a breeze. They had openings a week out. Joshua Moses and his installation team arrived at 9am for the install. They were friendly and professional from start to finish. I also appreciated that they were wearing masks and shoe coverings while they were inside our home. It took them the entire day to do the job and we were quite impressed at how quick, clean and professional they were with their work. We also had them install a MERV 16 air filter in our HVAC unit, which will definitely give us more a peace of mind when it comes to breathing in clean and fresh air in our new home. It's been 2 weeks since our new ducts were installed and there's definitely a HUGE difference in air quality and how quick our rooms are getting cooled. Life Savers! Thank you so much to burgesons for fixing my heat. My husband and I had just come home from for a week. We came home around 4 PM in the afternoon and it was so cold in our house because our heater was not working. We called the Burgesons and they sent somebody out within an hour and had it fixed within 20 to 30 minutes. The service tech was very clean-cut and polite. He answered all of my questions and even called for a follow up to make sure everything was ok the following day. They recently added an electrician to their team, and he is amazing! My neighbor has an old Redlands home and the electricians were able to rewire everything. They are a very fair company and do not overcharge. I'm disappointed with how Burgeson handled my clogged kitchen sink. I've used them in the past a couple of times and they were good, but this time not. First, the tech didn't even check the trap under the sink (where there was a leak) and just went straight to lining the drainage through a clean out on the outside wall. Second, their charge structure is very misleading - over the phone they say there's a trip charge of $109. I interpreted that as a minimum charge, but no, it's $109 to get them to drive to your place and then the fix is above and beyond that! So a simple drain clearing ended up costing me $289!! I would have appreciated knowing that more clearly up front when I made the first call because there are better options! I was surprised because I had two more complicated bathroom line clearings within the last year and a half with no such separate 'trip charge'. First off this company is amazing! We had an appointment scheduled for the following weekend but when we had our AC unexpectedly shut off. We struggled to find someone to come out sooner. I was able to find an honest company to FIND and FIX my leak for less then what Burgeson was going to charge just to see if they can find the leak! I would appreciate if they can waive their $109 fee they invoiced me to just have their guy take a 15 min look for nothing. Wanted to have a generator installed, and on the recommendation of a friend, I gave Burgeson's a call. Even though I'm far outside of their service area, they came out expediently, and assessed our home to determine a quote. We moved ahead with the installation, and I cannot say enough good things about the employees and service with this company. Everyone I spoke with was extremely kind and professional, and responded very quickly to inquiries. The generator was up and running in 4 days, and the gentlemen who installed it took the time to explain how everything works. They even did several extra jobs for me at no charge.
