My driveway/patio light went out. It has a sensor on it to come on automatically at night and light up both areas. I called Burgeson's and they sent out Anthony Orozco. He diagnosed the problem was in the sensor and replaced it. However, it didn't come on later on that night! So I called Burgeson's in the morning and they sent Anthony out again, this time he came with two sensors(just on case). There evidently was a factory defect in the first one. He installed the second one and tested it repeatedly. He even called me later on that evening to make sure that it did come on! That is dedication. read more

I found Burgeson's 5 years ago from their vans roaming around the Inland Empire. It was winter time and our downstairs furnace just would not fire up and generate heat. We contacted Burgeson's and a technician came out the very next day and after 5 minutes in the attic pinpointed the problem with some faulty installation issues from the homebuilder that eventually deteriorated. 30-minutes later we have heat. Fast forward to fall of 2021 and our downstairs AC just "died". Burgeson's came out 3 days later and provided a full diagnosis. We ended up with two 4-ton Lennox AC Condensers and Evaporator Coils. Although we only had one unit fail, we decided to replace both. There were nice incentives to go with it - so we went for it. We left the furnace alone since they were working just fine. It was a lot of work, outside work in 90 degree weather and attic work which was probably in the high 90's. Burgeson's dispatched a 4 person crew (Frank, Ed, Agung and Andrew) to get the job done in one day. In by 9:30 am out by 3:30 - with the entire work path cleaned and vacuumed. System (ac and heat) were fully tested and the Wi-Fi thermostats were programmed to our liking. A few other Burgeson's trucks came by to do a visual inspection so that was nice as well. They all wore booties and the entire path was draped. Real pro's. Courteous and very professional. They didn't mind being observed and answered all of my questions. These guys work hard and their final deliverable shows. Rick Avila - our estimator specialist also came by to make sure I was getting what I expected and if I needed anything else. He returns calls and texts...wow. A few tips for homeowners: 1) The pros will naturally encounter dust and dirt and it will get on their clothes and may accidentally rub off your walls. Easy fix use a magic eraser after they leave -- doesn't leave a trace. I counted 5 areas to erase. With many pros going up and down the stairs (with a turn) - I was surprised to not find more. No hand prints...just body grazing the walls probably for support. Equipment is heavy and awkward. 2) The pros will completely clean up the entire job site - blow duster for the outside and vacuum for the inside. Pro tip - turn on the AC and get all the dust and particles that may have been introduced in the ducts during the installation and vacuum the vent areas. You may see dust on table tops etc. Be careful with metal shards (tiny) from any duct cutting that got stuck on the inside (it just happens). Wear slippers or indoor shoes when vacuuming the area. Watch for pets since their paws may get debris. 3) They asked to use the downstairs lavatory. And they left it clean and immaculate. Thank you very much. We almost went with a really small 2-person crew from Orange County (we are in in the Inland Empire). But that person said they couldn't beat the deal, speed of installation (1-day), and ongoing customer service (which is huge for our family). They said Burgeson's is worth it and very good value. Burgeson's installed my home's 40-gallon WATER HEATER on 01/14/21 for $2,495.00. I thought it to be an exorbitant price but I thought B was first class, customer caring so worth it! On 05/03/24, I called B because I was not getting adequate hot water. They said that a WATER CONNECTOR HOSE that connects the Water Heater to the house's water pipes had been leaking and finally broke. Consequently, it FLOODED my home UNDERGROUND causing approx $12,000.00 in damage. I feel the $2,495.00 I paid for the new water heater should have included that HOSE being replaced and updated with the new water heater for a competent, first-class, caring the utmost for your customer job! B had that HOSE on their truck and charged me $ 459.00, an insult to injury, on 5/3/24 to STOP the EMERGENCY FLOODING problem. I phoned B and spoke to a Supervisor stating my complaint and he told me we had nothing to talk about and hung up on me! read more

Our first experience with Burgeson's was for A/C Tune-up in June 2020, a young man named Johnathan B. came, on time, and was respectful, professional and patient with our questions and concerns He went over and beyond our expectations, we were impressed and truly grateful. He was also very knowledgeable when it came to questions we had. Because of our first encounter, we contacted Burgeson's for our Furnace Tune-up, again, the young men who came, I believe one was training, were on time, respectful, professional and went over and beyond what we expected. I apologize that I dont remember their names. Today we used them again and Ryan came to address some plumbing work we needed done and not a moment too soon. The water main gang valve was broken, (we believe by previous plumber), pressure valve, replaced a saddle valve for icemaker with a tee shutoff and new valve for the dishwasher that will be installed this week. He gave us different options and worst case scenarios. They all looked scary and nothing we wanted to attempt. Thankfully, he discovered the main water pipe was so thin and corroded, it was only a matter of time before we would have had some major problems. He was able to remove it without breaking the pipe which would have needed extensive repair. Everything was very old and corroded completed in good time for a fair price. We thank all you guys for a job well done, every time and for Burgeson's for securing great help! We are definitely satisfied repeat customers. We have had awful luck in the past but have not been disappointed with this company. This company provides great service. The technicians are polite, skilled, considerate and professional. What else can a person want? My a/c went out 06/22/24. Luckily I had a bi-annual checkup scheduled for the next monday. I did call and leave a message that my a/c had stopped working. The Burgeson's technician came out as scheduled on Monday and began checking things. My a/c was still out and we were suffering the heat, especially due to our age in the 80's. Anyway, the tech could find nothing wrong although he did go to our main electric home breaker fox. He did what I had already done. He threw the A/C breaker to the off and back on to the on position. After he did this, he checked power measurements on the A/C breaker and on my a/c unit. He found power measurements and BOOM! My a/c was working!!! What was it? He opined that perhaps my breaker box is getting ready to go out and that he will put it on his invoice info and that Burgeson's would be watchful for this potential problem in the future. read more

We received a quote on an air conditioning replacement. The salesman was just that, a salesman. He did not listen to our wants or needs and instead tried to sell us a 30,000 dollar ac system. His reasoning and justification were, "This is what i have in my house." There was no discussion of our price range or needs, just overpriced sales. He also told us, "Just finance it." We finally asked him to quote a basic system, but at this point, we felt everything was overpriced, and he was just trying to get a commission. Found an identical system for half the price.
