i have use Burgeson's for many years. they continued improvement in customer service,heating and cooling. They installed outdoor plugs in the eves and a AC tuneup. They inspected the furnace in the attic and notice a safety device was missing. I called the builder AC company they came out to repair the furnace. Burgerson sent a pics of your service technician right before your appointment. today, many companies customer service is horrible but Burgeson is head and shoulders above most companies. Their cost is extremely reasonable and Burgeson has exceptional craftsmanship. I had quotes as high as $2400 from other companies. Shout out to John! The service technician who came out to fix my AC. The service started with an email prior that told them they're on their way along with a picture of the technician. When John came he was very professional and went straight to work. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave different options to fix it. He gave very good advice on which route to take including what is the best "bang for the buck". After fixing the HVAC unit, he cleaned the entire unit. Recently used this company to service my heater and install a new thermostat. Employee kept me apprised of when he would arrive. Employee evaluated my heater and after checking the thermostat agreed that a new thermostat was needed. Installed the thermostat and insured I knew how to operate the thermostat before he left. Our heat pump system that we purchased from Burgeson's wasn't operating correctly. Fortunately Burgeson's is open on Saturdays and they were able to send Jesus to our house within a few hours. He spent two hours thoroughly diagnosing the issue, figured out how to fix the problem, and got the system running properly again. I would appreciate if they can waive their $109 fee they invoiced me to just have their guy take a 15 min look for nothing. Burgeson's did a typical AC inspection. Everything looked good. I was told that I should have the capacitors replaced as they were showing signs of weakening. I agreed. My only complaint is that what was going to cost $249 turned into a little over a $1,000 just to replace a couple of capacitors that took less than 10 minutes to install. Afterwards, I looked up the price of capacitors online and found that the 2 capacitors for my unit range in price from as little as $16 to just under $100. Wish I had known that beforehand. Oh well. Live and learn. Other than that, I consider Burgeson's to be a good AC service company. read more

My AC was unable to keep up with the high temp/humidity of this summer. When the day was at 95+, the AC was only able to get down to 85=86 inside, and performed this way all summer. Bergeson's sent a tech out who diagnosed the problem and estimated $1000. Two days later, Bergeson's called and sent a 'surpervisor' out who gave me a new estimate of $8000 to fix the problem. The system is only 3.5 yrs old, and the installer was called and fixed it for free. While Bergeson's truck was out front, a neighbor came over and warned me about them, and told me about a very similar incident they sent out two techs at different days and jacked up the price each time; i.e. kind of like a good tech--bad tech procedure. This was about a single lady who only wanted an hvac checkup for her working system and would up paying $2k for the first tech and another $2k for the second tech. Beware. read more

I am able to reach someone by phone every time I call, which is often when we have 7 separate buildings housing animals that need to be cooled and/or heated. Within 24 hours there is a experienced professional service person at our facility to fix our issues. This week was no exception! Since YAPS is a private non-profit, we depend on donations to run our facility. Burgeson's had donated a used HVAC unit for our Administration Building in 2012. We try our best to maintain the unit, but it stopped working this week. Burgeson's came out to service the unit and it was determined that the motor had seized. Within 48 hours they replaced a broken fan blade and motor and had us cooling again. We can't thank them enough (especially their Technicians who work in this summer heat) for always being timely on repairs. Recently Eddie at Burgeson's resolved an on GFI issue in my home. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and diligent in repairing it. Two weeks later I arrived home after a home inspector (for the sale of my home) tested the outlet and then failed to reset the GFI switch. All of my bathroom plugs were not working. I tried to reset the switch to no avail. My driveway/patio light went out. It has a sensor on it to come on automatically at night and light up both areas. I called Burgeson's and they sent out Anthony Orozco. He diagnosed the problem was in the sensor and replaced it. However, it didn't come on later on that night! So I called Burgeson's in the morning and they sent Anthony out again, this time he came with two sensors(just on case). There evidently was a factory defect in the first one.
