So it's my first time to this location. I was craving it. I wanted to try some new things and I ordered through the app and picked up through the drive thru. As far as that experience went for whatever reason the employees were confused and it took a long time to get my order out even when it wasn't busy at all. They had me pull off to the side and wait. Ok that's fine. Now what I have an issue with was I paid 25 dollars for the number 6 burger, a side of waffley fries a marionberry lemonade and there chicken slider. That seems a bit too much for what you get. My burger the flavors were good but the bun was bigger than the patty so my last few bites I was left with just bun. :( my chicken slider was tasty. I ordered a special, the Don Cheese Burger ($7.99), featuring a local cheese maker's product, and a Best Coast Turkey Burger ($7.39). We ordered 2 regular hamburgers, $3.99 each, they were tiny. 1 large order of Rosemary fries, more than 1/2 of them were small bits less than an inch long and shoestring (more like matchstick size) overly salty, and a small 12oz shake. Over $20. So 2 tiny burgers, 1 fry and 1 small milkshake Value and flavor: 0 stars The server was very nice however and the bathroom clean. I love Burgerville usually, and I have been to this location 3 x so far. The first two times were pretty good, both in drive thru, both accurate, fast and good. However, my latest visit was yesterday, in the dining room, and it was not very good at all. The meal took a very long time to arrive, and most of the food was good or okay, but my Brother in law said his fish sandwich was not good and my ice cream sundae had almost no topping on it. Add in the price, which was too much for what we got, and it was kinda a bad experience. The one good size was that they were so disorganized they made our meal twice and when we told them they said it was okay and gave us a second dinner. Anyway, I would say they are a newer restaruant and still trying to get themselves organized so maybe give the a chance, just don't hold high expectations. read more

The double cheeseburger was tasteless and the frys were cold and greasy. the saying about ycky food is prefect for a review gross and plenty of it. Could barely choke down half of the burger and about a dozen frys then I threw it in the trash. Won't ever go back. Been to this restaurant five times since it's opened. Really impressed with the food the first couple of times I went. The fries were super hot and fresh. Each trip thereafter, seems the quality has gone down, most noticeably the fries. For the number of employees they have and the steady flow of customers, you would think you could expect amazing fries every time. Another super disappointing thing about this place is how dirty it feels for being a new, fully renovated restaurant. The staff who wipe the tables down do so in a manner that just moves things around. The person who "wiped" the table down gave no attention to the food on the chairs. And the food and garbage on the floor is ridiculous. More of a safety hazard than nuisance to have to look at. Worst of all, being able to look straight into the kitchen just feet away from where you place your order, talk about stuff on the floor. Food and garbage was everywhere. All of those employees, with someone who must be overseeing the operation, and there's no one who can grab a broom??? Doesn't make sense. The banner that hangs out front has been out of whack for days and no one cares. It's all about the money and who gives a crap about quality and attention to detail. Could you also please keep the ketchup dispenser out??? Burgerville, welcome back to Salem. Please do a better job at keeping this restaurant clean and presentable. Just had out 1st visit Burgerville today. The staff and atmosphere exceptional. The burgers.....nothing to write home about. Our total for 2 burgers, 1 fries and 1 onion ring and only 1 drink came to about $40.00. The burger I had was disappointing. Very dry, almost none of their dressing was on it, 1 pickle, the lettuce appeared to not be fresh. The fries were not great at all and a very small bag for $5.00 ($4.95). My wife had the cheeseburger, very little dressing on it as well. The cheese on both burgers seemed dried out? Like maybe the patties with the cheese on them are premade? The cheese slice were very thin. My wife got the onion rings, which were heavily breaded. She was not happy with those at all. Her Strawberry shake....she liked. Will we make another vist to Burgerville? probably not. They seem to very Profit orientened. Big on profit not so much on quailty.
