Food truck. Great service, HUGE quantities and amazing taste, Mexican dessert! Nice eating area, a bit cold the day we went and I didn't notice any heaters.

Seriously one of the best food truck/dessert place Salem has to offer! I love coming here for their crepes and churros! Made fresh to order & is always consistent. They have so many crepe flavors to choose from. A varieties of dessert from shakes to mangonadas to fried plantains. Also served fries and other street snacks! They staff are always friendly and nice a huge bonus. If you're thinking to come check them out, I definitely recommend because it's sooo worth it!!!

    Funnel cake!

This place is a treat! All the options look so good and makes it very difficult to choose what you want... but after much debate we decided on the Nutella and banana crepe and the funnel cake. I tried a little bit of the son's crepe and it was great, the dough was fluffy and not dry and there was plenty of filling. For me I got the funnel cake thinking my son and I can share but he bowed out after the crepe, so I had to bite the bullet and have this deliciousness all to myself. The only thing I can say was that I wish I knew the funnel cake didn't come coated with cinnamon and sugar. Next time I am there I will ask to see if that is possible, I think it would definitely elevate the dish way higher than as is! Definitely will be returning!

During our travels we've passed through this town and DON BIGOTE two times. Each time, I left wishing we were closer to this truck - but then also glad we weren't closer to truck otherwise I'd have a healthy milkshake and churro addiction! I actually discovered this little food truck court on Insta and knew we had to try it. My first visit I got the Green milkshake which was LOADED with pistachios - almost too much. But LET ME TELL YOU THE CHURRO THE CHURRO!!!!! So perfect. The crispy sweet outside and the tender warm inside. Oh man, I dream of this churro. On my second visit I enjoyed the cinnamon crunch milkshake and it WAS SOOOOO GOOOOOD. You must give this truck a try. Periodt.

TL;DR: Go. Go right now. Get in your car and drive! My giant sweet tooth and I have been DYING to go here for a long time. Finally was able to convince my friends and oh my gosh, SO worth it. I got the Tiramisu crepe and a chocolate banana milkshake to go for the SO, friend 1 got the crepe with Ferrero Rocher, and friend 2 got a churro lollipop. Gosh it was all SO good. The crepes were huge and decadent and amazing. Fresh, warm, and over the top sugar. The churro was also fresh, sugary, crunchy, and warm. Drooling thinking now. Even the milkshake was great. I adore this little spot and will recommend them as a go-to dessert spot. Love!!!

I go whenever I visit Salem. When I'm not in Salem, I daydream about these churros. So light & crispy. Do yourself a favor & go get some.

I primarily chose this spot because they have a really nice outdoor patio area so I knew I would be able to sit with my dog and eat and enjoy the weather. What I didn't know was that it had Salem spelled out in colorful letters in the front which made for an awesome photo opportunity. I was really excited to find that. When you walk inside, it has this really bright, colorful, unique decor. There is something interesting to look at no matter where you turn. They offer free samples which I really appreciate because it personally makes it easier for me to decide what I want and it definitely encouraged me to buy more cheese! My favorite sample was the queso cojeda enchilado. It had a rich tangy flavor. I ended up ordering a torta with some chips and grabbed a few different salsas from the salsa bar to try. The food was good and I couldn't leave without buying some of their smoked Oaxacan cheese to take with me. Let me tell you, it only lasted me 2 days. I wish I had bought more. As I was buying the cheese, I saw a family enjoying some ice cream cones and I had to try their ice cream as well. This place has everything. I got a cone of the Oregon mint and honestly I think it might be one of the best flavors of ice cream I have ever had. It was so fresh and flavorful and I was actually sad when I started getting to the bottom of the cone. If you're an ice cream person, you have to try it. They also gave me a card for a free game of bowling at Northgate Bowl which I thought was a really neat bonus. I wasn't in the area long enough to use it, but if we had been staying longer I definitely would have tried out the bowling as well. This is exactly the kind of local business I want to support. It's warm, welcoming, and most importantly, all of the products that they are putting out are fresh, delicious and made with love.

Basket of rolls: apparently these are quite famous and I can see why. Light and airy and the garlic butter is to die for. I coding even get a picture of the full basket because everyone dig in too quickly BBQ russet potato fries: good cut of potato, good portion size but a little salty. The ranch was good and I loved the Marion berry bbq sauce. Lobster and shrimp stuffed mushroom: Wouldn't get again, but good portion size and great seafood. Street corn dip: too many chips for the amount of dip but it was warm and cheeses and delicious, was missing a little bit of spice. Coconut curry squash soup: BEST thing on the menu, 3 of us ordered more to go. Absolutely delicious. Caprese chicken radiatore: loved this pasta. For having cream and pesto I was surprised at how light this pasta was. Really good and didn't leave me feeling bloated. Loved our waitress, she was wonderful. Very quaint and italianesque. Things to note: One restroom in the back of restaurant. Street metered parking. Great downtown Salem location.

Y'all got to run to the paleteria because they have an elite selection of ice cream bars, ice creams by the cone or bowl, and other delicious Mexican treats like mangonada, frozen chocolate dipped banana's, and even savory snacks like elote and chips in a bag. I love that they have a 12 for $12 paleta deal, and of course I got a dozen. Otherwise, each bar is $1.50. The first container is made with milk and the second with water. Their flavors are AMAZING, I am obsessed with soursop, and it tasted SO delicious, fresh, and creamy. There was guayaba/guava, mango, rice/arroz, strawberry/fresca, and a bunch of others from pistachio to some new ones I've never had like Mamey (looks like a coconut shell with a papaya interior) and Nanche (looks like yellow cherries).
