Exhausting experience, ruined our Saturday just now. Ordered at 1:37 pm, didn't leave until 2:20. Two females not even calling names when orders are ready, literally no sense of urgency to get the 15.....15 ppl staring at the counter waiting for their orders. No awareness to the customers waiting. We can't even practice social distancing with that many ppl waiting. One female put our order on the shelf and didn't even call out a name. It sat there for 10 mins before we mustered up the chance to get their attention to ask if the order was ours. When I got to counter I asked if they are even calling names, she said no and smiled in my face. I let her know we've been waiting this whole time and our food is right there. Fries are now cold. And both burgers are incorrect. As a Woodbridge native, the service has declined every single time. Not worth the time and frustration anymore. read more

The 3 stars are for the shakes only. I ordered the birthday cake custard shake, and it was worth the price, which is steep here. The regular food is very expensive but low quality. I got the chicken tenders, which were definitely a step below McDonalds. The breading was soggy, the chicken itself was poorly seasoned and straight out of the freezer. For 3 very small tenders, I couldn't believe the 6.00 price tag. Even the garlic aeoli sauce was gross. It tasted like old mayonnaise. Gross. The order and service is very slow, but it seems like the system itself is poor. The employees were working hard and trying to get orders out, but the location seemed understaffed, so expect quite a wait. Placed an online order today and not only did the food take 25 minutes longer than it said on the website, but when the food was finally ready they apparently had no plans of calling the name on the order - as 15 people stand waiting in the restaurant staring at the staff. When they get your order correct, which is only 50% of the time, the food is good. I was a huge fan of their fries, but more often than not they are soggy by the time you get home. No real complaints here. Had a BOGO coupon for a free burger so why not right? We've been here before so not our first time. It was good last time as well. I did switch it up this time and tried the conflicted burger which was one beef patty and one veggie patty. Added some grilled mushrooms to it and it was pretty tasty! The only thing was that some of our fries came in clusters, like they were stuck together and thrown into the fryer. Its one of the many fast casual places in vogue, but I'd rank it ahead of places like Steak and Shake or Crushburger. I ate a burger with wagyu and topped with high quality, delicious ingredients like truffle aioli. The French fries are fresh and a bit reminiscent of Five Guys (a little thinner). We got some chili on top and it has a pleasant hint of spice that made the fries even more delicious. A really good range of sodas and beer and this place is a really good place to eat at. I was craving a burger and I really don't like the common spots (McDonald's or BurgerKing) I only had a few minutes for pickup so FiveGuys (mytruelove) was really far. I Googled Burgers near me and BurgerFi showed up. Online ordering was simple and prices were okay. Some items were a bit more costly (15.00 for one burger) but there were several options to choose from. When I arrived to pick up my order, Ki, was awesome. I explained to her it was my first time. She was gentle with me and didn't mind explaining the menu. My fries were slightly cold because it was an online order. I got there in about 8 minutes after ordering. But Ki remedied it and asked me if I wanted a custard. She recommended a strawberry oreo shake but I opted instead for a red velvet and a banana shake. Very nice.!!! The restaurant was clean and my burgers were decent. I was a little annoyed about not having lettuce and tomato and the grilled onions I added on. Bummer! Otherwise, it was a perfect burger day. As much as I wanted to believe they were better at customer service. I have serious doubts. What happens when you order a to go order wait for 12 mins (I guess they were a bit backed up in the kitchen--no problem). Get your burger you ordered without onions and leave make it all the way home and find out it has onion on it. Undeterred I go back to get a new burger (burger untouched). And what do I get in return for coming back after they messed up. Not even a replacement of my entire order which included fries. Smh read more

The first time we came here, we ordered meat burgers and we left both impressed and satisfied. The second time definitely confirms that BurgerFi is deserving of 5 stars! As new vegans and for our second visit, we ordered THE BEYOND BURGER and added BBQ sauce to it, with a side of CRY + FRY (onion rings with fries). It was BEYOND amazing! Tasted just like a burger and every bite was mouthwatering as any meat eater would say about theirs. The onion rings were perfectly crisp and flavorful and the fries, you could definitely tell were fresh. Also, a huge shout out to JOSE for being truly an all-star employee! He immediately asked us if we had any questions before ordering and was cool about letting us sample almost all the beers lol. He was very knowledgeable, approachable, used our names and made our experience memorable and even better than the last (which was also wonderful!) Great food, great vibes all around! HAPPY HOUR Mon-Fri 4-7, $2 off draft beers! The only thing I would suggest is having the rewards club include the veggie/vegan eaters as well. Fries are cool and all, but we can get those anywhere. I've only been here once, so this is a one off review. A good review has some healthy comparisons and I'll be comparing this food with who I think is their biggest competitor, which is Bobby's Burger Palace. A few things that I loved right off the bat: The cashier recognized my military status from my debit card and applied a discount without me asking (I never do!). --Napkins on the table --There is no tip on the receipt --Great customer service Ok on to the actual food. My girlfriend and I both got the CEO burger; she got a single and I a double. She ordered onion rings and I got the herb and Parmesan fries. We both got milkshakes. Hers was red velvet and mine was Cafe Mocha. I tried everything. The burgers were tasty however I wasnt asked how I wanted the meat cooked and the patties were basically well done. I get that it's a safety thing so it's a tiny gripe but worth mentioning. *BLUE CHEESE IS NO WHERE ON THE MENU* Another thing worth mentioning. While the burgers are brown they aren't dry. I dont know if the tomato sauce is the best choice. It's a little too sweet for the burger. The burger menu at BurgerFi is definitely more exciting than Bobby Flays playhouse but they are slightly inferior in taste but make up for it in price. Ditto for the milkshakes. The fries are great though but maybe cut down on the amount of cheese. The onion rings are HUGE. They're pretty good and the size is definitely a novelty. It was good but not the best. Fresh burger and fries in the trendy chrome and wood restaurant package . You have seen the look before at Shake Shack and other places. I found the staff friendly however the listening skills were on the poor side. I stated 3 times that my order was to go yet it was done as a dine in. It was rectified immediately but why ask me if you are not going to listen. The urban style fries were "oh my god" good. I wish I had also gotten the onion rings for comparison. The CEO burger was underwhelming. No seasoning and the cheese doesn't compliment the toppings. I feel it would have been better with Blue or Asiago cheese and maybe an onion ring. It was a mediocre burger. Yes, I know it was Wagyu beef but it still was not a great burger. Would I go back? Yes, I would go for the fries and possibly the onion rings. Possibly the worst Burgerfi I have ever been to. No coke in the soda machine and the store employees were so understaffed they didn't have time to fill the machine. Burgers buns were stale and the burger was over cooked. Fries were over salted. The onion rings were under cooked. I was in town with my two children for an appointment and decided to stop through. The place looks fairly new, was clean and nicely decorated and moderately busy for 3pm on a Thursday. My son had a plain burger and gave it an enthusiastic thumbs up. I had the Beyond Burger and thought it was very tasty. My daughter had an order of fries and they were.. well, the portion size was generous, as I would expect for a $4 basket of fries.. but they were very overcooked, to the point of about a quarter of them being burned crisp. I wondered if it had something to do with their ingredients or preparation method but the other tables mostly have fries and none look like ours so I guess we were just unlucky. We also had a cherry Vanilla Coke, vanilla shake and strawberry shake-both with lots of whipped cream and sprinkles. The shakes were delicious! There is ample seating inside and out.. I imagine this place is pretty busy during peak times. I would think the patio seating is pet friendly but I did not ask. They offer 10% military discount. I recommend this restaurant to all my fellow burger lovers. read more

The recent experience has been a noticeable improvement. I found the ordering online to be user friendly and straight forward. I arrive right around my pick up time. I waited 5 minutes or so which was nice. The onion rings were on point. They are more like onion crowns. The rings were nice and crispy yet cut in such a way that are hearty/sturdy when eating. The fries were good as well. The bacon cheese burger had a nice balance of patty, lettuce, tomato, pickle, crispy bacon, and burger fi sauce. I would definitely recommend getting the multi seed bun. A regular bun might run the risk of deflating. But that is my personal preference/observation. Absolutely delicious Definitely will be back. read more

My husband, son and I are here last night and we were less than impressed. We ordered a kids grilled cheese, two burgers and two fries. First off, we waited for 30 min for our food. We think they forgot a bunch of orders under the heat lamp, because once our buzzer went off for our food, so did about four others really quickly. Once we got our food, it was very cold. The restaurant was clean, it had a nice atmosphere the staff was professional and friendly. They have a great menu, very reasonably priced and the burger was FANTASTIC. I had something simple, just a double cheeseburger. It really hit the spot, it was cooked well, the bun was superb and the burger had a good balance between meat, bread, cheese and condiments. The service at this Burgerfi is exceptional! Each time I visit the servers are extremely kind and patient with me as I take my time to place my order. Shout out to Mike to helped me with my special order and the manager Raul who made it for me. It was perfection! A conflicted burger with the beyond patty instead of beef. I've also tried he regular vegefi burger which was quite delish! It's not weird and mushy but has a nice crunch. My favorite on the menu. Now this where my review gets a little weird. I'm a vegetarian by choice because I do not like the texture and taste of meat. However I had heard so much about the beyond burger I wanted to try it out. Well I was hoping for a decent sandwich but was sorely disappointed. My daughter and I visited this week, ordered two burgers and some fries to split. I was surprised when they asked for a tip when I ordered but I tipped them out anyway. Bad decision. The sandwich was small, stupid brioche type bun, a couple of chopped onions and a couple of limp lettuce leaves. They use cheap yellow mustard which was basically what the sandwich tasted like. Do not attempt to come here an hour before your showtime at Alamo Drafthouse and expect to get your food in time to eat without having to scarf it down. We had a truly awful dining experience here tonight. Probably should have bailed out, when we had to repeat our order three times, but we had brought out of town friends and kids and really needed to get seated to eat. After waiting more than an hour, 2 out of 3 burgers were prepared incorrectly, the fries were soggy, and the second half of our order was further delayed because they actually lost it. The business wasn't offering a receipt of any kind, even upon request. (which is actually illegal), which made escalating to the manager challenging as well. No ketchup available in the dispenser and employees are only able to escalate to the manager and can't help. Save yourself the trip and get a basic burger elsewhere. read more
