I came here for lunch around 1PM on a Wednesday and they weren't busy. That should've been a clue. The chain/franchise reviews are positive for a good burger place. Three tables were dirty, two were occupied and an employee was behind the counter and appearing to get a to go order ready. She literally didn't acknowledge my presence for over three minutes and when she did, she said, "What'll you have?".  I ordered a double patty with American cheese, lettuce and tomato and requested it to be cooked medium rare. I also had a side of onion rings and a vanilla shake. The burger I was given was over cooked; well done. It must have been sitting for a while because it was not hot! The onion rings were huge, thick cut, really greasy/oily and also not hot. The shake was okay. A little on the sweet/sugary side. These are all items they're supposedly known for, so I ordered them. With tax, my meal was a $20 bill. I won't be back. I'll take Jack's Old Fashion Hamburger House in Ft. This review is based on their soft opening night. They have so many sandwich options to meet everyone's needs. We tasted the Beyond Burger that tastes just like meat, but isn't! The breakfast burger is amazing with a layer of hash browns and a fried egg. The chicken sandwich is made with fresh chicken. The onion rings are huge and flavorful. You can get the fries drizzled with a garlic aioli. The milkshakes are thick and delicious. If you add a topping then they call it a concrete. My favorite was the OMC (oh my chocolate concrete). It was layered with fudge, chocolate chips, and Oreo pieces. The red velvet concrete had layers of REAL red velvet cake! This is a quick serve restaurant where you order at the counter and they deliver food to your table. Everything is natural and freshly made. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Upon walking into BurgerFi, I noticed the front cashier / food worker, blow his nose into a napkin, (he had one glove on his left hand), and did not remove the glove, and did not wash his hands, and continued to work, business as usual. You can see from all the other reviews that this restaurant is below par and has no standard that they are following. We had our burgers put in a to go box, so that the person did not touch our plates. The burger is a joke and at $8.00 + I don't know if Burger Fi will continue in business once Shake Shake opens up their location in the same shopping area. I do hope a manager or owner sees this post and sends somebody their to train people and get this place up to par. The burger reminded me of a White Castle burger for those of you who know what that is. Skinny dried out burger . For a place called burgerfi you would think that the burger would be good. But after reading about how this restaurant chain has been sold 2 times since the original owner, that's why it is so bad, and the chain is going out of business. While I've been a fan of BurgerFi for nearly a decade, I think my visit to this location has cemented my negative feelings towards the company for good. I ordered The CEO burger with one patty and done Green Style, which came out to a whopping $12.02 before tax, and the item I received had to be the saddest, most pathetic looking food I've ever been handed (see attached photo). Additionally, the fries were soggy and cold, which staff were thankfully kind enough to somewhat rectify by preparing some soggy warm fries instead. The still soggy fries tell me that they aren't being prepped/cooked correctly, so I didn't expect anything else at this point. I will say that the drinks were decently stocked in flavors and that the onion rings came out well. Additionally, the bathrooms were okay and the floor was mostly clean. Still, I was so greatly disappointed in my visit that I loathe thinking about going to another location anytime soon. This is my go to place to get a nice burger, but this location lacks all service. The girl at the counter, took my order, and after taking my order, she proceeded on having a conversation with I'm guessing the manager and other working staff instead of focusing on the orders, they mostly focused on their personal lives, so this is about 20 minutes waiting and then I saw my order and another person's order placed behind her and she's turned around couple times and ignored both finish orders when it came to giving the orders out she called the numbers. I genuinely think this experience is the one that'll make me stop going to burgerfi for good. I came in, ordered a double patty bbq rodeo burger with no cheese and then sat down. 7 min after sitting, I checked my receipt and see I was charged for a CEO burger, single patty with no cheese. I go up to the same worker I ordered from, explained the situation and asked if I could get my original double bbq rodeo burger w no cheese within the next 10 min since I had an appointment to make. He responded with "yeah it'll take longer", and to my surprise, I said "it'll take longer?" He goes let me ask the kitchen. He does and then says it'll be less than 10 min. I sit back down and 4 min later he brings me a bag. I left knowing I didn't get reimbursed for the extra $2 I paid since I was charged for the ceo but I didn't care. Walking in, the restaurant itself is actually pretty decent. Modern and simple. Customer service was good. Wait time was pretty short. I ordered their wagyu "CEO" and when I seen the burger in front of me I got a little nervous. Cheese was melted but somehow dry, bun looked like it got crushed by someone's elbow, I took a bite and it was mid, absolutely no seasoning and bland. We love a good burger and thought we'd try this place since we don't have them back at home. We asked the cashier a few questions and were greeted with disinterest and attitude. She was more concerned with chatting with her peers than helping us and no they were not busy, there was only one other patron besides us in the entire place. We proceeded and ordered our food. As we were picking out a table to eat at, we noticed how filthy the dining room and drink machines were and were disgusted. Our food came out pretty quickly, despite the cashier getting part of our order wrong, the food was hot and much to our surprise decent. After three bad experiences at this location; we'll be no longer be returning and question our patronage of other locations. Most recent experience was on 03/31. Maybe six tables waiting on food when we arrived. No one acknowledged us or would take our order. Used the tablet devise. Waited nearly 25 minutes for two burgers and a hot dog. Other customers waited longer and also received wrong orders with no apology. Our order was missing a shake which we watched be made 15+ minutes ago and just sit there? Burgers were not the quality product we typically love. Condiment area out of mayonnaise and ketchup. All tables and many chairs were dirty with visible food and/or trash; same situation of the floor. We wiped down our own table and chairs. The large man with the gold grill that seemed to be expediting/working the front of the house was a slob, not friendly, lazy and didn't give a damn about anything. Shocked this doesn't have a higher overall rating. The service here is truly above and beyond. Kind and helpful workers going out of there way to get you GREAT food. Have never had a bad burger here. I compare it to shake shack but honestly better than shake shack. Ice cream is also always a hit with us. Prices are a little on the higher side for fast food, but to have Grade A meat makes it worth it. We spent $26 on 2 burgers (one was a double with mushrooms added) and fries to share. read more

Yummy cheese. Yummy burger patties. Full of flavor. Bun is the right size and thickness. For the record, I love French Fries more than I want to admit. These are my favorite fries in Florida. Cooked to perfection. I've eaten fries that are horrible, because they are overcooked or undercooked. BurgerFi it's a grandslam with these french fries. This location just opened up in The Shops at Dania Point off of I-95 between Stirling and Griffin. It's very spacious inside with plenty of seating outside, too. Although they just opened, the food meets the same high quality you'd expect from any other BurgerFi location. The employees are very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is kept very clean with the tables wiped down, chairs pushed in, and the floor swept free of food. I particularly enjoy the VegeFi burger. It's my absolute favorite, having also tried nearly every other burger they have to offer. The real treat here though are the onion rings. Hands down, these are the best I've ever had. It's Friday night in a busy area and I find it hard to believe that a restaurant whose entire business is burgers and fries doesn't have any... but sure. It seemed like the rest of the employees were more concerned with pre-closing duties than the lobby full of customers still eating or trying to order. I understand there are staffing shortages and, as a former food service worker, I even understand the anticipation of wanting to close the restaurant and go home after a long day. But when you still have a full dining room and people are coming in consistently, employees need to understand that taking care of the guests is priority. The slow response time wouldn't have even bothered me if I saw anyone working with urgency. But that was not the case. I waited another 10 minutes for my two burgers to be ready in the ice cold dining room. There was LOUD hip-hop music playing the entire time. It didn't seem like an appropriate playlist for a family restaurant. Most of the songs were sexual and I heard uncensored profanity more than once. Reading the other reviews it seems this is not a one-off experience. Dania Pointe is a nice, up and coming area. This place needs to do better. They have the absolute best onion rings you'll ever find as well as an amazing veggie burger, which are both what I order on a regular basis.
