Solid spot for a quick bite! I stopped by PDQ recently and was really happy with the meal. The service was genuinely friendly right off the bat, which is always a nice touch. I went with the Spicy Deluxe sandwich and the quality was great, cooked perfectly and flavorful. What actually stood out the most, though, were the sauces. It was nice to skip the usual boring ketchup and dip my fries in something different. They gave me ranch, blue cheese, and a creamy garlic sauce. The creamy garlic was definitely the standout, I highly recommend asking for that one. Good food, nice staff, and great sauces. I'll be back. read more

I ordered the $12 deal through DoorDash and it's pretty much worth the money. The cookie was absolutely delicious but the rest of the food was alright. The garlic bread was kind of bland and stale and so were the fries. The chicken had a lot of breading but was still good. My main concern was the PDQ sauce... it was chunky and had a strange consistency and the oil was separating from the sauce itself, making me wondering how long the sauce has been sitting there... For $12 it was a nice meal read more

Was looking for a quick lunch in the Dania Point area and stopped into PDQ. Entered a few people in line ordering from a kiosk. Know one was at the register so I waited to order at the kiosk. My husband and I both ordered the salad with fried chicken. Order came out quickly. Chicken was tender and tasty. The salad could have been a bit fresher. I used points from my PDQ app for a free small shake we which was delicious. I did appreciate the hand washing station that I utilized before eating. read more

Free standing PDQ in Dania Pointe with a drive thru with optional outside patio seating. They have two digital kiosks available for ordering and payment but I always choose to order through the human cashier. The classic chicken sandwich with waffle fries are always a big hit with me. The chicken was plump and tender. The fries were lightly salted and mildly crispy. There are two touch screen fountain soda machines but one was broken with no ice. The bathroom was modern although slacking on unkeep which could be easily resolved with an employee thirty minute cleanliness chart for optimum results. Next to the open view kitchen was a stainless steel hands free foot pedal commercial wash fountain - Love Love Love this added feature at PDQ. read more

We are kind of a mixed experience on this visit. It was our first time at this location and we were here right when the store opened. They open at 11 o'clock and I tried the door at 11:04 and it was still locked. I could see a couple of people inside having a bit of a conversation so we waited. A gentleman who I presume was the manager finally walked over and unlocked the smallest padlock I've ever seen that was holding the door shut. After he unlocked the lock, he made sure the door was open and just walked away. I was surprised because I have been to other locations when they opened, and whoever opened the door usually held the door for us to get in. This man was clearly just very self-absorbed in himself. We received good service when ordering, and our food was ready quickly. Everything was made to order and It was exactly how I ordered it. I ended up getting four tender meal with fries and bread and a drink. I ordered my tenders tossed in the barbecue sauce, but realized that they have a teriyaki available. I asked if I could change it and the person in the kitchen said it wasn't a problem for them. The tenders were not fully covered in sauce, but there was plenty in the basket to make sure they were. I did get some of the barbecue sauce on the side, which I was using for the fries and bread. I also upgraded my drink to their lemonade because it is really good. They have up charges for the lemonade and the sauce of your wings and the only other thing I might order was a bottle of water. In total, it was almost $20 for the meal. I was a bit disappointed that they only had four or five tender choices for the meals and no longer the three tender meal. Four is actually more than I should be having at one time. I still enjoyed the meal and got a refill of my lemonade before we left. If not for what we witnessed from the manager while we were there, I would probably give them five stars. read more

PDQ came through at the perfect time--great food and even better customer service. We had just gotten off a long, exhausting flight and decided to stop here, and I'm so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, the energy was welcoming and the service was top-tier. Lorenzo was amazing. He really took his time to walk us through the menu and helped us figure out exactly what to order, which made the experience so much easier (and better). That kind of service goes a long way, especially when you're tired from traveling. We ended up getting the Honey Butter Chicken Sandwich meals, and let me just say... this meal is officially one of my favorites now. The sandwich was perfectly made crispy, flavorful, and that honey butter combo was chef's kiss. The fries were fresh and hot, and paired with their famous creamy garlic sauce, it just took everything to the next level. Average cost is around $12.99 per meal, which is honestly a great value for the quality and portion size. Overall: Great customer service, fresh food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Exactly what we needed after a long flight. Definitely stopping here again. read more

I came here because my coworkers raved about it being a better version of Chik Fila, however, that was definitely not the case when I came on a Friday night around 8-8:30. There was no customers and I was able to place my order on a self serve kiosk. After I paid, they gave me a cup to fill my drink with the free style machine. I had barely put ice in my cup when they called my name for my order. That should have been my first clue, but I'm used to places like Raising Canes who have fast service so it didn't immediately raise any red flags. Some of my fries must have been left over from a previous batch because some of them were super hard (over fried). The chicken tenders were ok but nothing to write home about. The honey mustard was a little thicker than I'm used to but again average. My sweet tea was okay as well. My total ran about $13 and some change for a 4 piece chicken tender meal with drink. read more

Tenders were ok they tasted a little burnt. The fries were pretty good and so was the chicken sandwich. I came in this afternoon only because I had an offer for a free chicken sandwich with any purchase, as one can see the credit on the receipt I've posted. It was dry, rubbery, and tasteless. Look at the picture of the chicken I posted. If I had to pay full price, my meal would've been about $11. If I had fries, then it would've been $14. The music was too loud, and the soda and condiment area was dirty, along with the floor and several of the tables. The two Coca-Cola Freestyle machines both had issues. One of them half the flavors were not available, I.e. Vanilla Coke, Cherry Coke, etc., and the other machine's seltzer water was flat, as in not carbonated. There's a reason they're never busy, while Chik-Fil-A has a line of cars around their buildings, a packed dining room, and a dedicated pick-up/delivery area that's always crowded. I will never go to another PDQ ever again, no matter how many coupons/offers they send me and I've now officially deleted their app from my cell phone. read more

I ordered the honey chicken sandwich and waffle fries. It was an okay meal.. I'd prefer more toppings with the sandwich read more

Food was okay the staff was great not your average chicken place just needs more seasoning on the meat but over all not to bad

Food is good out preforming traditional fast food places the staff is okay not super friendly

Service is usually quick in the drive thru. Sometimes the inside is a bit disorganized with picking up food. One time I had to go back because they forgot to put fries in my bag. The chicken tenders are good. I usually get the Spicy tender with regular buffalo sauce. Today I tried their chicken nuggets and didn't like it. Ill continue with the chicken tenders instead. Also, I wasn't a big fan of the PDQ sauce either. The best part of the meal was the waffle fries. The fries came out really fresh. I do enjoy PDQ lemonade and sweet ice tea drinks. I try not to go to much since PDQ prices are a bit high to me. PDQ also have a reward point program you can enroll in to earn free items off the menu. They sometimes send out discounts alerts to members which is nice; but the points seem to accumulate slowly. read more

I placed my order with the friendly cashier. I gave her my name and sat down. It took maybe 8 minutes for my food to arrive. PDQ usually takes longer than other fast food restaurants because they actually cook the food to order. That is okay in my book. This sandwich is the best one I have had at any PDQ. The chicken was really big and had great flavor. The bun was so soft. The fries were pretty hot. Usually they give more of them. I love Cheerwine which is a soda and they sell it here. That is always a treat. I like PDQ just as much as Chick Fil A. PDQ does not have those obscenely long lines that Chick Fil A does so that makes me prefer PDQ any day. read more

I love almost everything on the menu. Great value, great lemonade, fries , cookies and especially the chicken.

This was no Chick-fil-A by any stretch! None of us really finished our meals. The chicken nuggets were just OK and didn't really have much flavor to them. My son's honey butter chicken sandwich, but the bun was a bit soggy. My mac and cheese was gross with the noodles clumping together and wasn't anything like what was described on the menu with panko crumbs, etc. It was dried out and I could only get a few bites down. Do like the Coke Freestyle machines and the home brewed sweet tea, but the paper straws they offer are garbage. You can barely get through your drink before they turn into a complete mess. Service was friendly; however, we won't be back. read more

Whenever we come down to the Dania Beach area, we stop in and get some chicken strips. We like them better than any of the other chicken places around. Wish we had them back home. Always hot and fresh, and we always have great service. Only problem is that the soda machines always seem to be out of something we want to drink, but that's a minor issue. We will still continue to eat here. read more

Well, back in South Florida and NOT to my surprise I'm disappointed. So much for People Dedicated to Quality. Made our way to THIS PDQ location and let's just say the workers there did not care to see us lol. Almost as if we inconvenienced them. Another wonderful experience! Food was hot and fast as hell. What a perfect way to feed me before I jumped on a plane and headed back to MI where PDQ is just a memory..... Tenders were awesome, spicy chicken Sammy slapping and the fries always seem to do me right. Although, they could give you more fries, even though I meant to get tots, but that's another story! Oh Yhea, that scrawberry shake did not give me any bubble guts, which is a good thing seeing as how I was on a plane for 3 hours! Service was what you would expect at a fast casual spot, young lady looking like she has sooooo many other things to do, BUT was polite and kind! I will always come back here over the other place as long as they keep rocking and doing a wonderful Job! read more

The food is good but the staff is terribly rude and unfriendly, even when speaking to them nicely in a polite manner they reply with a mean attitude. I live in the Dania area so I eat here all the time because it's convenient and the food is always fresh unlike other fast food chains but i went there for 2 PDQ salads on Tuesday June 3rd, 3 women were working and a male manager, I received the salads with cold chicken and asked the staff to please replace the cold chicken with fresh, hot chicken in the most polite way possible to not upset anyone. They made it seem as if it was an issue but proceeds to remake the salads. I then received the salads again and leave and by the time I made it home to enjoy the salad I noticed half of the chicken was cold and half of it was warm. I was very disappointed so I went back to PDQ and asked that they make the salads over again with fresh hot chicken. The manager explains that he did cook the chicken fresh and it was hot but I explained to him that half the chicken inside the salads were cold and half of the chicken was warm and then I asked is that the way they serve their salads to their customers and says no, after he says that he'll make it over and as he goes to the back and waits for the fresh chicken to finish I notice the woman that was working at the window starts to gossip to the other woman who was behind the kitchen making the food; about my wife and I wanting fresh chicken so I assumed they were upset that they had to make the salads over. As they continue to gossip the woman that was making the food had a very nasty unkind look on her face and proceeds to start throwing the orders in a very aggressively upsetting manner, 2 were chicken nuggets with fries and the 2 salads, she threw 1 of my salads so hard that it spilled out of the tray and she had to make it over AGAIN which was disappointing because I was very nice to them the whole time, not once was I rude to any of the staff members. The manager gives me the salads with the fresh chicken and even hotter than the first two batches, on the side. I expressed my concerns and I thanked him and left as me and my wife leave a burst of laughter shouts out from behind the counter. For a customer that eats there regularly I have never experienced this from this location, the chicken is always good and fresh but I guess someone upset them that day to take it out on us. This shift was very unprofessional except one of the staff members who was very polite. I'm hoping this can be corrected so no one else has to go through a situation like this. read more

Stoped by this PDQ in Dania Beach since I was in the area ( I normally go to the one in Pembroke Pines.) We decided to actually sit down and enjoy the food instead of going through the drive thru since the line was long. Once we walked in I can see they were a tad busy & understaffed. I waited patiently but for some reason it looked like no one wanted to work. The cashier was taking his sweet time with someone else asking for sauce and the other young ladies in the back were just looking and ignoring the customers in line. I still waited for the cashier to come back and take my order. He was very sweet but you can see he was overwhelmed. Once we got our food the meal fresh (which I was happy about) and they gave us the correct sauces. I probably came on a bad day for them but I would still come back if I am in the area read more

Had the opportunity to enjoy PDQ aka Chic Fil A brother during its soft opening. The official grand opening is this Saturday April 27th. Upon entering I was great by what seemed 100 happy employees eager to help, cook and serve. The food was delicious. We had the chicken tender meals and an abundance of their sauces. The Honey BBQ was my favorite but it was close call between that one and Sweet Sriracha. They do have outside shaded seating area where you can play cornhole. This place is located in the Dania Beach Pointe. Definitely a nice lunch to enjoy in and out. The service was fast clean and tasty. You can't loose. Enjoy!! read more

Pdq... oh honey butter sandwich, oh pdq you are in my dreams. This is the best friend chicken in a fast food environment that you can get in Florida so far the best. Fast, convenient and reliable. So far, Dania beach has an awesome customer service and they are sharp clean and following all covid procedures... To the good part, the eats, munchies, holy baby jesus chicken tenders and chicken. Tenders: fried, crunchy as hell, soft inside and full of chicken juices. The chicken breast is in another lvl, perfectly fried and crunchy and juicy inside, nothing else to ask. Baby jesus is on the oil. If you ever come here, tell to be served by Oscar. He is the best giving you whatever you like and adding those extras. He makes us clients happy. Do not recommend. My first time to PDQ. I ordered a butter chicken sandwich. They drenched it in a buttery sauce but forgot to season the actual chicken before they fried it. I also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. The driest chicken sandwich I've ever had in my life. It was spicy, but that's about it. They forgot to put salt in that bad boy before they fried it. No flavor. Just spice. My crisscut fries also tasted old. Save your money and time and go to Chik-Fil-A. One star for the friendly staff. They were the only positive thing about my visit. read more
