Very good option for late night vegan eats! I've tried many options from the burger to the nachos to the chick'n sandwich. The nachos and burger are my fave for sure. I'm not the biggest fan of the chick'n sandwich because the slaw was a bit flavorless. But the Nachos are a 9/10 for me. Burger is a 10/10. I'm always there since I live nearby. I've been wanting to try Perrology for quite sometime and finally came by. They are close by to Wynwood/Mid-town area and have a cute little set up. They work out of the little bus and have plenty of outside seating. I'm a fan of vegan hot dogs and the creativity behind them so this place was definitely outside the box and super creative. The staff/owners were kind and helpful with any questions we had. We tried the Gordito and Llanerito style. Both were a good portion and had lots of flavorful ingredients. The sauces were super tasty and had a good crunch. The flavor of the actual sausage itself was a little off to me but I just may not be used to their homemade sausage taste vs store bought vegan sausages. Totally unexpected. We have had Perrology on our radar for a while and we finally decided to go try it. It is important to note that seating is limited and tables are not available, this is a food truck in a parking lot with a few seats. But if your are up for takeout, eating in the car, or are lucky enough to find a seat, you will be in for a world of wonder. The menu is quite limited, but each of the hot dogs of the menu offers quite an experience. Each bite is full of flavor, with combinations that you have never tried before. Each of the hot dogs goes for around 10 dollars, and you will need about 1.5 for a decent portion. Given that one hot dog is on the small side, it would be ideal to have a side to complete the meal, but unfortunate they do not offer any. All in all, Perrology offers delicious tasting hot dogs if you are up for the seating situation. My Criteria 5 stars: The best food I have ever had, or an excellent option given the price. 4 stars: Good food, a restaurant I look forward to trying again. 3 stars: Good food, a restaurant that I am indifferent to. 2 stars: Below average experience, will not go again. 1 stars: This restaurant should be closed. read more

I love this unique vegan restaurant the owner is super sweet and attentive she goes the extra mile. All their vegan burgers especially the Cuban one have unique flavor and sauces. I love that it has plantain in it and it feels like I'm eating a real beef burger. Everything is fresh the nachos have vegan cheese no upset stomach like I usually get eating fast food.
