I'm still full and my mouth is watering thinking about the Viking feast I just had. My family didn't speak while we were stuffing our faces. Then afterward, my daughter is hurting herself to eat the last bit and my son couldn't eat a sinGle fry. Unfortunately we bouGht the family fries so we now have 6lbs of fries in a takeout bag. Hubby had the CEO, both kids had breakfast all day. Everyone said it was the best burger they ever had. We will be back for sure. read more

Well I ordered food for my friend through door dash and she said it was so good and you all prepare it so great. Great Job.

Came in for dinner, the few tables that were available were not clean and it doesn't seem anyone was going to clean them. I stood in line to request the table to be cleaned which it was fairly quickly. The man who cleaned the table informed us they are running behind and it will take 25 minutes for Out order to be ready, we left. read more

From hot and tasty quality food to cold rubbery fries and tasteless burgers. The napkins were the best part of the meal. Employees too busy scrolling on their phones to pay attention to preparing edible food. Management not visible at all. What was once one of our favorite burger joints has become a never again option. Disappointed and giving up after several months and orders to see improvement. I suggest that you don't waste your time with this location. We won't again. read more

Went in and placed my order....30 mins later, I'm wondering what happened to my order? Walked up and asked, the guy behind the register asked the cook, through the opening behind the register, and 5 mins later the cook placed my food on the counter of the opening. Mind you the counter is eye level to the employees on the other side of the kitchen. The register guy, not wearing gloves nor a mask, opened the burger and asked the cook about the cheese. I was HORRIFIED! Not only was he touching the food bare hands, but register guy was talking over my food!!! LIKE WHAT? I feel bad wasting food, but asked this guy to refund my money which was north of $50!!! This place is NOT cheap!!! Without a word the guy rolled his eyes and proceeded to refund my money. No sorry or anything! Too bad because I was looking forward to trying the food!!! Never again!!!! read more

Been to other Burger Fis and the burgers are always juicy and delicious. After waiting 20 minutes cause they lost my order the burger was dry and no flavor. Shocked. Could have had a better burger at McDonald's. read more

So glad a burgerfi opened up a location in the Crossroads area! I've been to the other locations in Cary (on Harrison Ave) and the one in north Raleigh, however I feel like the quality at this location is best! One of the things that stand out about Burgerfi is that they offer hormone and antibiotic free meat. They also offer non meat options such as chicken, hot dogs, Beyond burger (vegan) and other vegetarian options. Their shakes and custard are great! Also, kids eat free on Tuesdays when you buy an entree. read more

I received an email saying it was The Ultimate Bacon Bash. Did you say bacon? Alrighty then. Count me in. I arrived and there were a few people eating out on the patio. Walk inside (I'm the only customer inside) and have to get the cashiers attention by raising my voice. "Hi. I'm ready to order please!!" Ordered the junior bacon burger with lettuce, onions, Mayo and pickles. Add a regular fry add cheese and of course bacon because it's Bacon Bash. They call my name and I see tomato on my burger. I have nightshade allergies so tomatoes are a NO BUENO!! They take it back and remake my burger. My fries were just plain fries. No cheese, no bacon. So they take my fries away and add cheese and bacon. My remade burger was still not made right. NO BACON and they added jalapeños to my burger, which I couldn't see and didn't realize until I took a bite. Again...I'm allergic to nightshades. At least they gave me some extra bacon. (Let's hope for no allergic reaction). For a meal that cost me almost $20 they could have done so much better. When I was leaving other customers were saying their orders weren't right. Would I recommend this place, not at this time. Maybe I'll give it a go in another year or so and things will be better. Come on Burger Fi. Do better. read more

The look of the establishment was sleek. They had multiple registers open for people to order. I appreciated the layout and the systems they had in place. I did think the wait time was a little longer than most places. We waited 35+ minutes for two CEO burgers and one large fry. The burger quality was definitely a step above most. I expected the burger to be bigger because of the name CEO but it wasn't that big actually. I didn't taste much flavor or "seasoning " something was missing. Personally I don't think my meal was worth $30. read more

I always think I want a burger from here, but every time I go I leave disappointed. I'll start by saying this is the best fast burger option in Cary Crossroads, but that doesn't say much. The single patty cheeseburger isn't enough food and the double patty cheeseburger is too much food. The burgers satisfy my burger cravings, but are just okay. Their fries are always too much - they need a small size for fries! FYI, for those who keep halal, their Way patties are from Australia/New Zealand. There are three redeeming qualities, which keep me coming back: the Coke Freestyle soda machine, fresh jalapeños as an option to add to your burger/sandwich, and the ability to have aioli/mayo with your fries. I'm telling you - mayo is the best condiment for fries!! Honestly, I wish this location was Five Guys... Stroller Status: This location is super stroller friendly - lots of space to maneuver and plenty of tables with space to park it. The one time I went with my stroller, I sat outside and they brought my food to the table so I wouldn't have to either leave my girls outside or take them with me to the counter to pick up my food. read more

Burgers were good, but the attitude was subpar at the counter. I get that there are work pressures, but that does not excuse a lack of courtesy. You are not doing me a favor by taking my order, just be polite as I was to you. I will take my business to the location near Industrial Drive where the customer is treated better. read more

Literally could've gone to Burger King and paid far less. $16 for one burger...it wasn't terrible but it didn't taste like anything special. Plus the bun was cold. Fries were cold and tasted like nothing. We had to wait forever for our food and repeatedly went up to ask the disinterested staff where our food was. Ended up waiting an hour for one mediocre burger that costed $16. You could live like a king at McDonalds for $16. read more

My family used to like this Walnut St BurgerFi location a lot, and have eaten here many times. But in the past year it seems to have really gone downhill. Burgers were not very good, buns were ice cold, and the cashier was a real jerk. No one was in line and they weren't busy at all, but he was hurrying me along to tell him the toppings I wanted. I just wanted a moment to look at the options (hadn't been there in months), and he was very rude. Really put me off. Fries were just so-so. We ate there in the near-empty place for lunch. I can see why it was empty, too, with that jerk at the counter. We won't be back. Too many other options in town. read more

Love Burger Fi! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and did not have to wait to place my order. The restaurant and restroom were very clean. The staff were all wearing masks (correctly) and the tables and chairs were positioned pursuant to state law. Food was delicious as always and enjoyed my first mocha milkshake. read more

Came here to get food to go to eat at home. 2 burgers and 2 concretes. Our burgers came out in a reasonable time. After over 5 minutes of waiting for the concretes after getting the burgers we gave up and sat down to eat while we waited. We didn't order drinks since we intended to go home, so we had nothing to wash them down with. Now we are done eating and literally still just sitting here waiting on ice cream we ordered over 20 minutes ago. We did at least finally get a drink. Burgers were great, service not so much read more

Bobby had amazing customer service skills! That definitely improved my experience eating at BurgerFi and made me feel welcome as a customer. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you Bobby for making the experience so great! read more

Very disappointed. Online ordering was fine, pickup uneventful and we were on time for the ASAP option. Once home (5 min drive) the food was stone-cold and had to be reheated. We ordered Parmesan herb fries and truffle fries and could not tell the difference between them - both quite cold, mushy and flavorless. Burgers were just cold as if they can be prepared in advance of anyone ordering. I wouldn't have expected this given the number of people waiting for their orders. For $25 (had a $4 discount) this was unacceptable. read more

I feel bad saying it, but this place was terrible. I got The CEO, which is their premier wagyu/briscuit burger and it tasted like it was from MacDonalds. I also got fries with the Truffle Aoli, and could not taste the truffle oil at all. My girlfriend got a burger with bacon that was clearly burnt. I should have known better when I asked about what temperature I could get it cooked at, and after asking a manager he said either medium-well or well-done.... This is not a gourmet burger place. It's just an overpriced Burger King. read more

First things first - I have been coming to this BurgerFi for nearly 5 years and it is NOT my first time coming during COVID. Today's experience was the most unprofessional experience I have had in a restaurant in all my years of living. This whole new kiosk idea has made it to where the workers could care less. My husband and I were NOT greeted when we entered the establishment. The front counter worker was too busy talking about smoking marijuana and getting high after work with his friend who was a girl but not his girlfriend. This conversation went on for the entirety of our ordering and the first portion of us eating our meal. Which had to be sent back because it was incorrect. The apparent "shift supervisor" yelled threw the serving window at the front counter worker asking if he was the last to use the milkshake maker, when the front counter worker replied with "yea I think so" the "shift supervisor" responded back with "I hope not because it's so dirty I want to punch you in the mouth". Never have I been so appalled and disgusted with my experience at this particular BurgerFi and based on the past month of reviews this seems to be a trend. Needless to say we will be going to the other location until these issues are resolved. read more

Very bad dining experience. Our food took nearly an hour to come out, and the worker at the front did not seem concerned in the slightest when I asked him about our order. While the burgers were decent, it was not worth the wait time or price. Go to five guys instead! read more

Was going to go to Cava when I walked past, and the food smelled great from outside. We walk in, and the cashier just looks like he hates his life. Whatever, anyway, I order a bacon burger with bacon cheese fries and I requested to add chili on both items. When I got my food, I did not get my requested chili, despite paying for it. Furthermore, the burger was very dry, the patty and the bread. Finally, the price of the food was really high in comparison to the quality of the food. I would recommend McDonalds over this place. read more

This place is a joke! What a big difference from the other Cary location. The staff was all inside the kitchen & not paying attention, no one was at the counter taking orders. Waited a long time, even waving my hands but they seemed to be busy chit chatting inside. The one making burgers saw me, I said "excuse me" he completely ignored me! When someone finally came to the counter, she was all sour as if I interrupted their party! Stay away from this place, the bad reviews are true. read more

To put this into perspective my friend told me BurgerFi was really good so I order a cheeseburger and Fries. I waited a whole hour to get my food. The burger was like rubber and the fries were so soggy, burnt, and unseasoned. Honestly I threw it all away after the first few bites and microwaves some Kraft mac and cheese. I would say this place is very inconsistent and I would not recommend coming here. read more

I would give this place 0 stars if it were an option. They don't have actual people taking your order. People who placed their order after us got their food way before us. Customer service is absolutely awful. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Husband & I stopped by here this past Thursday and it just happened to be a great day to try it out! Not only were they having a Grand Opening celebration (complete with future free meal coupons & a Spin-the-Wheel game), apparently Thursdays are also $10 meal days! We each got a BurgerFi double cheeseburger, fries AND a local craft (we chose Trophy Brewing) draft beer for only $10 each!!! The cheeseburger was AMAZING! Fries were plentiful and very tasty as well. Beer was cold and a perfect pour! Customer service was friendly and helpful. Very nice addition to the Cary Crossroads area. We can't wait to go back! I actually kept thinking about how good that cheeseburger was the next day! They do have a veggie burger too that I'd like to try! Oh, and milkshakes too! read more

Worst burger I've had, but I couldn't eat it. They don't know what welldone means even though he assured me he did. I had to show then their own advertisement that shows a charged burger. My patties had no char at all and was still pink on the OUTSIDE. All the advertisements on the window are false. McDonalds was across the street too. $20 for trash. They have no clue here. Don't waste you time or money. read more

Went for there special for $10. Went to order and said we have to get beer with it told them we both don't drink. They would not substitute it for a different drink. We walked out and went next store. Don't know if we will be back. They didn't make any effort to ask management if it could be done. read more

Tried this newly opened BurgerFi location at Crossroads shopping center, my first time at any of their locations. New menus are always confusing to find what you want to try your first time. I went for simple with just a basic cheeseburger and a drink. There was very little parking available with just two of the new business now opened in this small strip center with 5 original business spaces. The burger tasted fine with no complaints other than the size of the single burger. Nowhere on their corporate web site or on the menus have I been able to find out the weigh of the uncooked burgers. I guess they are a 1/4 pound burger? Very small size burger for the price of my meal with a fountain drink. Drinks looked like a 12 once cup but could get refills. This cost about $9 and was still hungry after this small appetizer that I went to another fast food restaurant nearby for a full meal before going home. Needless to say, it will be unlikely if I ever return to any of the Burger Fi locations. I will say that the onion rings did look great being thick cut but again looked like 4 or 5 to an order. I prefer the very thin cut string onion rings. The old Bob Evans restaurant was split into two separate smaller business. Cava on the left side and Burger Fi on the right side. read more
